EPB Keeping Community Connected

March 30, 2020 By Dick Cook and Contributed Article 0 Comments

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect our community, we want to assure you that we are here for you in these challenging times. We are focused on working with other local leaders and community partners to help slow the spread while developing new ways we can support you to keep you connected.

EPB Quick Connect WiFi hotspots now available

In partnership with the Hamilton County Department of Education, we’ve worked to make digital access available to those who need it with the installation of WiFi hotspots throughout town. Parents and students are encouraged to use this free service for online learning and other necessary business from the safety of your car. Click here for locations.

We’ve updated protections to keep you and our service technicians safe

We understand the importance of energy and connectivity right now. That’s why our top priority is continuing to ensure the reliability of your services while taking extra steps to uphold the health and safety for you and our team members. Whenever possible, we will provide technical and self-guided installations over the phone. For in-home visits, we are taking CDC-recommended precautions before entering your home.

We’re here for you if you’re having trouble paying

If you are currently unable to pay your EPB Energy and/or EPB Fiber Optics bill by its due date, we want to help you make payment arrangements. Please call us anytime at 24/7/365 or request assistance here.

Stay home. Stay entertained.

Many of our network partners are offering their programming to our customers at no additional charge. You can see the list and other entertainment options and announcements here.

Drive-thru services remain open to serve you

While EPB branch lobbies are currently closed, our drive-thru locations are ready to serve you. You can also complete transactions 24-hours a day at our onsite payment kiosks. Click here for locations and hours.

EPB upholds Keep America Connected Pledge

We’ve joined with the FCC in upholding a pledge to do everything we can to provide internet access throughout this crisis including working with customers to maintain their service and making more public WiFi available.

Above all, we are as committed as ever to being there for you during these challenging times. Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram for the latest announcements as well as our COVID-19 updates page.

Thank you for allowing us to serve you and for working with us to keep our community healthy.
