ER Municipal Court Docket Jan. 30

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Jan. 30. Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins with traffic cases at 3 p.m. Criminal cases begin at 5 p.m.

Douglas Thomas – Drug Paraphernalia/For Capias.

Marcus Thomas – Domestic Assault/Prob Capias.

Sandra Bennett – Failure to Appear (2), Attempted Criminal Simulation.

Clara Binkley/aka Harden – Escape (Att), Possession Meth, Possession Firearm (felon), Theft over $2,500, Theft under $1,000, Resisting, Theft over $2,500-$10,000, Drug Paraphernalia.

Sharon Chambers – Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Meth.

Tiffany Farrior – Suspended DL/Alias Capias, Registration Violation, No Insurance.

Whitney Roach – Resisting/Prob Capias, Evading/Prob Capias.

Ashley Stilman – Possession Controlled Substance/Shedule VI, Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Controlled Substance/Schedule II, Possession Controlled Substance/Schedule I.

Ashley Strong – Drug Paraphernalia/Prob Capias.

Van William Atkins – Patronizing Prostitution, Simple Assault.

Lashanda Birt – Prostitution.

Elizabeth Bowen – Public Intoxication.

Mark Brady – No DL, Registration Violation, No Insurance.

Veron Bragg – Suspended DL, No Insurance, Registration Violation, No Motorcycle DL, No Helmet.

Johnny Browner – Theft under $1,000.

Olivia Browner – Theft under $1,000.

Augustin Cruz – Domestic Assault.

Shelby Davis – Theft under $1,000.

Tyler Domino – Theft over $10,000, Theft under $1,000.

Buddy Frazier – Theft over $2,500.

Jeremy Hardman – Drug Paraphernalia, Theft under $1,000, Suspended DL, Seat Belt, Speeding, Possession Stolen Plates, Drug Paraphernalia, No Insurance, Registration Violation.

Joel Jarnagan – Aggravated Assault (2).

Gregory Jones – Domestic Assault (2), Vandalism/Domestic.

Summer Jones – Possession Legend Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
