Day Shift January 28: Bravo Squad

25-001014 – 3700 BLK Fountain Ave – Disorder – Police located a female, unarmed, after reports of a possible overdose and knife possession. She denied being suicidal, citing a disorder. Parties agreed to separate.

25-001016 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Rd – Auto Theft – The dealership reported a White Honda CRF 1100 stolen and last seen on 11/16/2024. No suspects identified and security footage showed no suspicious activity.

25-001026 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Pkwy – Suspicious Person – Walkers in the park reported a male with a beard and brown jacket claiming to be an officer. The subject was not located.

25-001027 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Rd – Auto Theft – The business reported a 2018 black Hyundai Sonata stolen after being left running unattended to charge the battery. Vehicle added to NCIC.

25-001029 – Ringgold Rd @ Slater Rd – Vehicle Fire – A white GMC Sierra caught fire due to an overheated transmission. The owner was uninjured, and ERFD extinguished the flames.

Night Shift January 28: Delta Squad

25-001030 – 1300 BLK Greens Lake Road – Deceptive Practice – A scammer posing as a law enforcement official coerced a man to transfer a large sum of money using a Bitcoin Depot ATM. The scammer sent a fraudulent arrest warrant and used convincing authoritative language over the phone to accomplish the fraud.

25-001033- 4300 BLK Ringgold RD- Suspicious Activity – Police responded to a report of a male asking customers for money. Upon arrival, the suspect was gone.
