The following information is courtesy of the East Ridge Police Department.

Day Shift January 6 : A Squad

26-000175 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Intoxicated Person – Officers encountered a man after a report of him being unsteady on his feet. He was heading to the hospital to get his leg looked at since he had a large laceration on it. Police gave him a courtesy ride to the hospital without further incident.

26-000171 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Check Well Being – Police received reports of a female dancing in the roadway, stepping out into traffic on Ringgold Road, making another car swerve to miss her. Police got out with the woman, where she stated she would not do it again and went on her way.

26-000178 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder prevention – Police were dispatched to the hotel on reports of a male party refusing to leave his room after the posted checkout time. The man was found to have warrants through Red Bank, and was transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.

Night Shift January 6: C Squad

26-000194 – 6200 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – Employees reported a female was harassing the staff and customers while making outlandish claims concerning high profile politicians. Police Officers responded to the location and identified the female as a homeless person. At the request of the manager, she was criminally trespassed from the property, reference proximity restriction 26-00006. Law enforcement had three additional encounters with her throughout the night. She eventually met a friend and departed the area.

26-000199 – 3400 BLK Gail Drive – Warrant Service – Police Officers went to this residence and arrested a woman for an active warrant through the City of East Ridge. The charge on the arrest warrant was Child Abuse. She was transported to Hamilton County Jail without issue.

He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
