Day Shift June 13
25-006259 – 1100 BLK S Moore Road – Traffic Stop / Evading – Police initiated a traffic stop NB on S Moore Road on a blue Kia Soul. The vehicle took off as soon as police reached the rear passenger side of the violator vehicle. Police, not in pursuit, observed the vehicle turn EB onto Delaware and observed the vehicle again traveling NB on S Moore Road. Police lost sight of the vehicle when it turned EB onto Anderson Avenue.
25-006258 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Check Wellbeing – A concerned patron asked police to check on a man after he was seen sleeping on the sidewalk for several hours. He advised he was okay.
Night Shift June 13
25-006285 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant service – While in custody at the Hamilton County Jail, a man was served with an Alias Capias arrest warrant through the City of East Ridge. The original charge for the capias warrant was Driving on a Suspended License.
25-006287 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder / Psychological Emergency – A man walked into the restaurant and requested help from staff. He stated he got into a fight with 10 to 15 people and “was stuck with fentanyl.” Police and Hamilton County EMS responded to the location. EMTs determined that he had not been injected with fentanyl and officers found no signs of a physical altercation or injuries. He was transported for a mental health evaluation.
Day Shift June 1425-006293- 10 BLK Laurel Ln.-Theft from a Vehicle – Police spoke with a resident who advised her vehicle had been entered between 1900 on 6/13/25 and 0700hrs on 6/14/25. She had left her vehicle unlocked overnight and when she went out in the morning to check her vehicle, her belongings had been rummaged through and $45 had been taken and nothing else.
25-006299 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – The complainant stated that he had accidentally pressed the “money back” button on the debit/credit card scanner. The next person in line took the money and proceeded to buy his groceries with his debit card but spent the cash on lottery tickets. At this time, the suspect has not been identified.
Night Shift June 14
25-006308 – 100 BLK Bales Ave – Motor Vehicle Crash with Entrapment – Police responded to a single vehicle, roll over crash involving a black Subaru Impreza and found an unresponsive driver inside. Police, Firefighters, and EMTs worked to remove the driver from the vehicle. Upon further investigation, Police and EMTs determined that the party was suffering from a suspected drug overdose. He was revived on scene with Narcan, then transported by EMS. Arrest warrants are pending further investigation.
25-006307 – 6500 BLK Slater Road – Disorder / Civil Matter – Police responded to a disorder in the parking lot. Officers found that several vehicles were being towed off the property. A vehicle owner reported that she was assaulted during her interaction with a tow truck driver. Police spoke to several individuals on scene and received conflicting accounts of the incident. No injuries were reported or observed, and no charges are being pursued at this time. The woman paid a fee and took control of her vehicle. A report was generated for the incident.
25-006313 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Disorder – Police responded to a disorder involving 18 individuals. The manager stated the individuals were loud and belligerent and refused to leave after multiple requests from employees. Police located several of the subjects in the parking lot and directed them off the property without further incident.
25-006311 – 3600 BLK Cherokee Avenue – Disorder – Police responded to the report of multiple individuals arguing in the street at this address. ERPD found the disorder stemmed from a physical altercation that occurred earlier in Chattanooga. A Chattanooga Police Officer responded to the location and completed a report for the incident. Police also found that one of the individuals vandalized his own vehicle during the argument.
25-006320 – 6800 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – Police responded to a disorder at the hotel. The front desk clerk reported that approximately ten guests were creating a disturbance in the hallways and refused to go to their rooms. Police arrived on scene and found most of the subjects had left the area. The remaining individuals agreed to retire to their rooms for the evening.
25-006324 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Assist Other Agency – Following a traffic stop, a man was taken into custody for a Probation Violation warrant through Catoosa County, Georgia. He was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
25-006326 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Suspicious Vehicle / Arrest – Officers located a maroon truck improperly parked with a male sleeping in the front seat. Police approached the vehicle and observed an open alcoholic beverage on the console. An officer woke up the vehicle occupant and found he was highly intoxicated. Police ordered the man out of the vehicle, but he refused to comply with all lawful commands. It was determined that he was a danger to himself and others, and he was removed from the vehicle. The suspect was transported to the Hamilton County Jail and was charged with Public Intoxication and Resisting Arrest.
Day Shift June 15
25-006328- 100 BLK Atomic Ridge- Theft from a Vehicle – The victim advised he came out to his vehicle at 0730hrs and observed his driver’s side window broken and hanging down his driver side door. He did not observe anything missing.
25-006329- 100 BLK Atomic Ridge- Theft of a Vehicle – While on scene, police were made aware by another victim that his 2019 White Ford F-350 had been stolen. He had left his truck unlocked with the keys inside. Among the contents were credit cards, tools, an Apple watch and a knife, along with his Smith and Wesson 9mm. The truck was entered into NCIC as stolen and CID was notified.
25-006330 – 3600 BLK Fountain Avenue – Delayed Domestic Assault – Police met the complainant who stated he was assaulted the night before by his wife and stepson. It was later found that the man was the primary aggressor in the assault and was placed into custody for Domestic Assault and transported to the Hamilton County Jail without further incident.
25-006335 – 200 BLK Eads Street- Delayed Assault – The caller stated that she got into a verbal altercation with a female earlier in the morning over a shared boyfriend. The two females unknowingly showed up at the man’s apartment at the same time. The two women then briefly separated before one reengaged in the fight, and the other responded by getting in her vehicle (grey Nissan Altima, unknown TN tag) and running the first over before driving away. The woman had visible injuries to her face but was uncooperative in providing the boyfriend/witness information and had limited information on the other woman. Pending further proof of a crime and a positive identification of the suspect, she wished to prosecute for Aggravated Assault.
Night Shift June 15
25-006339 – 1500 BLK Springvale Rd – Domestic Assault / Arrest – The caller reported that her ex-girlfriend had removed all the lightbulbs in the house. She also stated that the suspect assaulted her when she complained about the situation. Police observed a video of the incident and determined that suspect intentionally smacked the victim. The suspect was taken into custody for Domestic Assault and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
25-006344 – 700 BLK Summit Drive – Traffic Stop / Assist Other Agency – Following a traffic stop, a man was taken into custody for two arrest warrants through the Hamilton County Sessions Court. The charges on the warrants were Driving on a Revoked License and Financial Responsibility.
25-006348 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Well Being Check – Police located a woman lying on the sidewalk next to Ringgold Road. She advised that she was tired and was just taking a break. It was requested that she move to a less conspicuous place for her rest period.
25-006351 – 1300 BLK Greenslake Road – Traffic Stop / Arrest Warrants Secured – While checking the area for a suspicious person, Police observed an adult male riding an ATV in a reckless manner without lights. Officers attempted to stop the ATV, but it increased speed and nearly struck a bicyclist. Police followed the vehicle into Georgia and ultimately blocked it on a dead-end street. The driver was detained and identified. Catoosa County Sheriff Deputies responded to the location and took custody of the subject. ERPD warrants were secured through the Hamilton County Magistrate for Reckless Driving, Evading, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device, and Due Care. A hold was placed at the Catoosa County Jail.
25-006355 – 3100 BLK Bimini Place – Traffic Stop / Arrest – Police observed a silver Mercedes cross the center line and nearly strike the front of a moving patrol car. The officer avoided the collision and conducted a traffic stop with the Mercedes. The driver was identified and found to be intoxicated following Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The man was taken into custody and charged with Driving Under the Influence, Reckless Endangerment, Reckless Driving, and Failure to Maintain Lane.
