Day Shift May 23

25-005447 – 6400 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person/Criminal Trespass – A man was criminally trespassed from this location when he was observed sleeping on the property after tiring himself from a game of Pokemon Go. He left the area without issue or having caught them all.

Night Shift May 23

25-005479-800 BLK Belvoir Ave-MVC-no injuries – Following a crash, a man was taken into custody for driving under the influence, driving without a license, and open container law.

25-005481-601 Justice Way-Warrant service – A woman was served two Alias Capias warrants while in custody at the jail. Those warrants are for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Day Shift May 24

25-005491 – 323 Camp Jordan Parkway – Camp Jordan Arena – Theft – Police responded to the gun show for a theft. According to a vendor, an unknown suspect(s) stole two Glocks from their table. At the time of the call, video surveillance could not be accessed, and the vendor did not have any suspect information. One of the firearms was entered into NCIC and charges are pending upon the identification of the suspect(s).

25-005492 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – A man was arrested at the hotel for Public Intoxication and Criminal Trespassing. According to the manager of the business, a male subject attempted to assault him after he told him he had missed check out time and to stop playing his loud music in his room. The manager stated the subject refused the request and became irate, at which time he contacted police to have him removed from the property and trespassed. Officers attempted to inform the subject of the trespass and that he needed to gather his belongings and vacate the property, but he refused. After several advisories to the subject about needing to vacate the property, him refusing, and his level of intoxication he was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and Criminal Trespass. Initially, a female party with the subject, stated his name, however, he refused to provide any other information and was booked as “John Doe”. After being booked into the Hamilton County Jail the identity was later confirmed as a bail bondsman from Virginia.

25-005497 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service – A man was served with a forfeiture capias for Driving on Revoked License for DUI following a traffic stop by Hamilton County.

25-005509 – 4000 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/Assist Other Agency – A man was detained for federal indictment warrants following a traffic stop for a registration violation. The man was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.

Night Shift May 24

25-005506 – 100 BLK Margareta Lane – Domestic Assault – A man and his girlfriend were arrested for assaulting each other during an argument. Both parties were transported to Hamilton County Jail and charged with Domestic Assault.

25-005503-4214 Ringgold Road-Warrant Service – Police executed a forfeiture capias warrant on a woman for driving on a revoked, suspended, or cancelled license.

25-005520 – 4214 Ringgold Road– Warrant Service – A hold request was sent to the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office after Fort Oglethorpe Police encountered a woman who had two Forfeiture Capias warrants through East Ridge. The original charges were criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. The hold request and the warrants were left on the warrant officer’s desk.

Day Shift May 25

25-005531- 4214 Ringgold Road- Miscellaneous Report – The East Ridge Fire Department requested a report after they disassembled parts on a car to free a cat from the engine bay of a vehicle.

25-005535-100 BLK Arnold Drive-Suspicious Activity/Arrest – Police were dispatched to the listed address for an individual who had been trespassed returning to the property, ringing the doorbell, and walking around the yard. He was taken into custody for criminal trespassing and transported to the Hamilton County Jail without issue.

Night Shift May 25

25-005550-600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway-Intoxicated Person – Police received a call to the listed address for a party harassing other patrons at the business. The party then became aggressive toward the manager. Officers located the male. A brief foot pursuit ensued, the party was caught, and taken into custody. He was transported to the Hamilton County jail without incident.

Day Shift May 26

25-005560-5300 BLK Rose St.- Warrant Service – Police served a warrant at this address. The subject was taken into custody on a Harassment warrant and transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.

Night Shift May 26

25-005573 – 1500 BLK Joshua Drive – Disorder with a Weapon- A man and two female juveniles were involved in a disorder near the man’s residence. He had yelled at the juveniles when he observed them walking in his neighborhood. The juveniles reported the man pointed a firearm at them during the argument. Police responded to the location but could determine if a handgun had been used due to conflicting details, distance, and low light visibility. The juveniles’ guardian responded to the scene and took the females home.

25-005575 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Pkwy – Auto Burglary – Police responded to this location for an Automobile Burglary. The reporting party stated that his back passenger window was shattered, and the inside was rummaged through. The reporting party stated he found no items missing. Police forwarded the incident to the Criminal Investigation Division for further investigation.

25-005578 – 4000 BLK S Terrace – Pedestrian Struck – Police responded to the report of a female driver being struck by her own vehicle. Officers arrived on scene and determined the driver failed to put the vehicle in park before exiting the vehicle. The driver was struck by the door and dragged to the ground resulting in multiple injuries. The party was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

25-005581 – 5300 BLK Spriggs Street – Disorder / Assist Other Agency / Arrest – Police responded to a disorder outside a residence. Officers determined that two parties engaged in a mutual fight prior to police arrival. Officers were able to de-escalate the situation with one party; however, the other remained uncooperative and created an additional disorder. Police found that she had two active warrants through the Hamilton County Sessions Court. She was taken into custody, charged with Disorderly Conduct, and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

25-005582 – 5300 BLK Spriggs Street – Theft from Vehicle – During a Disorder at this residence, a woman told Police that approximately $100 and a Taurus 9mm handgun were stolen from her white Chevrolet Malibu. Police located the Taurus 9mm and returned it to her. A Smith & Wesson 22 caliber revolver was also located outside the residence, but no one claimed ownership. The handgun was placed into Property and Evidence pending further investigation.
