April 6 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

April 4 Day Shift

21-004511- 4100 blk of Ealy Road- Unknown 911-

Dispatch advised of a phase two 911 call in the area. Police responded and checked the neighborhood with nothing out of the ordinary located.

No number assigned- South Moore Road @ North Terrace- AOA-

Dispatch advised of a suspicious white male dancing on the overpass railing. On arrival the homeless male was advised to move along and stop dancing on the overpass.

 Night Shift 

 601 Walnut St (Warrant Arrest 21-004520):

Justin Glover, suspect from an early morning aggravated assault, was booked on East Ridge warrants at the Hamilton County Jail.

5300 Ringgold Rd (AOA Warrant 21-004526):

Brandy Acuff was detained and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on warrants out of Georgia following a traffic stop.

6700 Ringgold Rd (Narcotics Arrests 21-004529):

Police made contact with parties exiting a vehicle at the Quality Inn that had been BOLO’d earlier in the day from CPD associated with an officer safety risk. Patrick Cody and Caylea Iremonger immediately attempted to evade police. Cody fled on foot and Iremonger attempted to quickly walk in the opposite direction of Cody’s flight. Both were quickly detained. Cody became irate and combative with police. During a pat-down of Cody officers located bags containing suspected alprazolam, oxycodone and methamphetamine. Iremonger was in possession of numerous syringes. It was learned the parties were staying in a room at the Econo Lodge. A couple of officers relocated to the Econo Lodge and entered the room to remove three dogs and place them with animal services. While collecting the animals police observed numerous items of drug paraphernalia. A search warrant was obtained and executed on room 123 of the Econo Lodge. During the search police located in excess of 100 syringes, plastic bags, cut straws, spoons with residue, digital scales and over an ounce of suspected methamphetamine. Cody was also in possession of $895 US currency, which was seized. Once at the jail it was learned Cody had numerous narcotics warrants through Hamilton County.

5902 Graston Ave (Suspicious Activity 21-004531):

The caller stated she heard someone running in the woods behind her house. The area was checked and nothing was located.

422 Ringgold Rd (Disorder 21-004536):

Darius Starling was taken into custody for disorderly conduct after he refused to stop harassing customers at Speedway.
