April 9 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

April 7 Day Shift

3330 Ringgold Rd-

A 2021 Dodge charger that was stolen out of Clay Co, NC was recovered at this location and towed to the impound lot for processing.

4338 Ringgold Rd-

Anthony Trillet was trespassed from this location

601 Frawley Rd (burglary):

The resident called in to report his carport door had been kicked in, a TV was stolen, and his bedroom had been ransacked. The resident had no suspect information and there was nothing on scene found to be processed

21-004674 – 4300 Ringgold Rd – Injury Crash –

Patrol worked crash with injuries in front of the Regions Bank.  One driver was transported to Erlanger Hospital.  The other driver was treated at the scene and refused further care.

 Night Shift

800 S Germantown Road / AOA Warrant Service (21-004695) –

Arnellus Johnson was detained and transported to the Hamilton County Jail on a probation violation warrant out of Rutherford County.

5080 S Terrace / Watch List (21-004693) –

Police were called to the movie theater regarding homeless people setting up camp behind the business. There was no one present on police arrival. The caller requested that police conduct checks there throughout the shift. Two additional checks were made with nothing located.

3400 Bennett Road / Stolen Firearm recovery (21-004679) –

During a traffic stop Elijah Moore and a juvenile were arrested for possession of a stolen firearm out of Chattanooga.

3623 Fountain Ave / DUI / Public intox (21-004698) –

While police were on a traffic stop on S Germantown Road, Police observed a silver SUV fail to maintain lane and strike a sign at S Germantown and Ringgold Road. Police stopped the vehicle at 3623 Fountain Ave. While police were investigating the driver for possible DUI an intoxicated party from the apartments interfered with the process. The driver Rachel Scott was arrested for DUI 2nd offense and Kirstin Forston was arrested for resisting stop frisk and public intoxication.
