The East Ridge High School boys’ soccer team opened its season Tuesday with a 4-0 win over Central. Bryan Paz-Macario, Yovany Nieves, and Luis Diaz Velasquez scored for the Pioneers. Zhubin Salih had two assists, while Gasper Escobar Lopez and Velasquez were had one each. The Pioneers out-shot Central, 13-4.
