The Chattanooga Police Department has arrested a suspect in the shooting on Tunnel Boulevard that occurred on September 7.

Devonta Shepherd (DOB: 11/03/94) was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center. He is charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Possession (Felon), and Employing a Firearm During the Commission of a Dangerous Felony.
