Election Day!

May 3, 2022 By Dick Cook 0 Comments

Today, May 3, is election day in Hamilton County.

Polls in East Ridge open at 8 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Unlike the last election when all registered voters in East Ridge voted at Camp Jordan Arena, this year the election commission reverted to the traditional polling place in town. Your voting precinct is noted on your voter registration card.

East Ridge A is located at the American Legion at 3329 Ringgold Rd. East Ridge B and C is located at the Community Center at 1515 Tombras Avenue. East Ridge D is at the East Ridge United Methodist Church at 1601 Prater Rd.

To cast a ballot, Hamilton County voters need to bring a valid photo identification to the precinct. A Tennessee drivers license, Tennessee state government or federal government ID is acceptable. A student ID is not acceptable.
