On Monday morning,  a call to the Hamilton County 911 Communications District reporting an active threat at Chattanooga High School Center for Creative Arts prompted a large-scale law enforcement response.

The school’s assigned Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office school resource deputy immediately assessed the situation and determined there was no credible threat. The origin of the call is being investigated by the HCSO Criminal Investigations Unit, who are diligently pursuing leads.

This is one of multiple reports of potential threats across Tennessee Schools.
