On the afternoon of October 16, Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a possible drowning victim at Chester Frost Park.

Upon arrival, deputies located an individual, later identified as Donna Spino, deceased in the water.

Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Unit, along with the Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office, responded to conduct an investigation surrounding Ms. Spino’s death.

Ms. Spino’s family has been notified, and the HCSO is asking that you keep her family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.
