Night Shift August 16: C Squad

26-007911 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder/Arrest – ERPD responded to the gas station for a male scaring the employee and customers. Upon arrival ERPD contacted the man who was acting extremely erratic towards the manager, customers, and ERPD. The manager requested he be issued a criminal trespass warning due to her being scared of him, and to give back the items he walked out of the store without paying for. He was asked to give the items back and he refused. He also refused to leave the property and demanded ERPD pay for his gas. The man was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass. The business did not wish to press charges for shoplifting since the items were returned. The man had already been the subject of one other call for service earlier in the shift where he was trespassing on the lot of a storage facility.

26-007904 – 4000 BLK Bennett Road – Unconscious Person – Police were dispatched for an unconscious male driver at the intersection of Bennett Road and Greens Lake. Upon arrival, officers were able to wake the male, and EMS evaluated and cleared him. The male stated he was tired and was heading home to rest.

26-007914 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Backup Other Agency – Police responded to assist the Tennessee Department of Corrections with an individual who possibly had outstanding warrants. Upon arrival, officers verified the subject had active warrants through Georgia; however, the warrants were non-extraditable.
