The following information is courtesy of the East Ridge Police Department.

Day Shift August 26: B Squad

25-009081 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Rd- Disorder/Trespass – Police were called to assist in the removal of two disorderly guests smoking in a room. The guests were identified and were advised of their proximity restriction.

25-009085 – 4400 BLK Ringgold Road– Worthless Checks – The proprietor informed ERPD that the suspect cashed a bad check around a month ago for $755. The RP tried to let suspect pay the money back but was having no luck. The business wished to pursue charges on the suspect. ERPD issued a warrant for Theft of Property under $1,000 (Worthless Check).

25-009100 – 1517 Tombras Avenue – Warrant Service – A man was taken into custody at East Ridge City Court for a Forfeiture Capias for Driving Under the Influence by Consent. The subject was then transported to the Hamilton County Jail for booking.

Night Shift August 26: D Squad

25-009105 – 800 BLK Donaldson Road – Warrant Service / Arrest – A party was taken into custody at the above address on two warrants through East Ridge. The charges on the warrants were theft of property and domestic assault.

25-009108 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – A party was taken into custody at the above location for two outstanding warrants through Hamilton County Sessions Court, following a brief investigation into a shoplifting incident. The business declined to prosecute for the theft.

He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
