Day Shift July 14: B Squad

26-006661- 4300 BLK Ringgold- Trespass – Patrol had responded to multiple prior complaints involving the subject at the business complex for causing disturbances, including shouting profanities at female employees, drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes, and creating disruptions on the property. Due to the ongoing issues, complex management requested that he be formally trespassed from the property.

26-006665-700 BLK Germantown Circle-Drug Overdose – Police responded to the listed address on a report of a drug overdose. The subject was found to be unresponsive and was given two doses of Narcan after officers found drug paraphernalia in plain view. After being cleared by EMS, she and her boyfriend consented to a search of the apartment. The search did not yield anything substantial to aid in the overdose investigation.

26-004473- 700 BLK Germantown Circle- Warrant Service – A man was taken into custody for two outstanding East Ridge warrants alleging possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail.

Night Shift July 14: D Squad

26-006674 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder – ERPD was dispatched to the above address for a disorder. When patrol arrived, the parties were separated, and the establishment’s manager requested that a man be trespassed. ERPD informed the party that he was trespassed.

26-006675-3400 BLK Shadowlawn Drive- Missing Person – A man was reported missing by his wife and stepson. He had no known medical issues and was last seen wearing khaki pants, a grey shirt, and black shoes. He was driving a 2003 Dodge Durango, dark blue in color.

26-006677 – 1500 BLK Tombras Ave – Domestic – ERPD responded to a domestic disturbance at the above address. The caller stated that she and her husband had gotten into an argument that turned physical. The ruckus eventually involved three family members who made cross complaints. Due to conflicting stories, no charges are being filed for domestic Assault. The husband agreed to leave and called a ride to pick him up. No further incidents occurred.

No Number – Holiday Drive/Blanton Drive – SIA – Officers got out with a golf cart occupied by a juvenile and his mother after an off-duty officer witnessed the juvenile checking doors on a nearby complex. The officer advised the juvenile that the complex was private property and that any future incident could result in a trespass or arrest. The juvenile understood and was released.
