Law and Order June 25

Day Shift June 24

25-006700- 1517 Tombras Ave- Warrant Service – A woman was arrested on an outstanding East Ridge Petition to Revoke warrant for possession of meth while at East Ridge City Court.

25-006702 – Castle Ave – Shots Fired – Police received two separate reports of possible shots fired around Castle Avenue. Officers responded promptly but found no shell casings or evidence of gunfire at the scene. No signs of distress or injuries were observed.

25-006695 – 1600 BLK Keeble Street – Burglary in Progress – A couple reported that they had witnessed two males on their property, possibly trying to break in. Officers found a man who had reportedly been hired by the new owners to change the locks. His coworker suspiciously fled the scene prior to police arrival. Officers then contacted both the new and previous owners who stated there was miscommunication between the two, and the man was in fact allowed to work on the property. He was sent on his way without incident.

25-006696 – 1500 BLK Karwill Lane Apartment– Disorder – A party was taken into protective custody after officers were called to her apartment a second time for a disorder with her roommate.

Night Shift June 24

25-006710 – 1400 BLK Prigmore Road – Aggravated Robbery – Police responded to a robbery of a person on Prigmore Road. Police found that a male was riding a Suzuki dirt bike when it was taken by force by a male suspect. Prior to the incident, witnesses observed a Kia Soul in the area driven by a female with a male passenger. Officers found the Kia Soul intentionally struck the juvenile’s dirt bike, making him fall off. The male passenger then got out of the vehicle and struck the juvenile in the head with a handgun. The male suspect took the dirt bike and was last seen riding southbound on Prigmore Road. The red Kia Soul was close behind it. CID responded and is investigating the incident.

25-006705 – 1517 Tombras Avenue – Arrest- At the East Ridge City Court, a woman was taken into custody after she was ruled to be in Contempt. She was transported to Hamilton County Jail where she was set to serve a seven-day sentence.

25-006711 – 5400 BLK Connell Street, Apt A – Assist EMS – Police responded with Hamilton County EMS to a possible overdose at this residence. Inside the home, officers observed an intoxicated party walking around and talking. She advised Police that she used “all of the meth” but did not appear to be in a state of panic or duress. EMS transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.

25-006713 – 400 BLK Mcbrien Road – Burglar Alarm – Police responded for a burglar alarm and located an unsecured side door. The ERPD K-9 responded to the scene and assisted in clearing the building. No signs of distress or a break-in were located. Officers secured the business prior to their departure.

25-006714 – 1600 Mack Smith Road – Property Damage Crash / Arrest – Police responded to a single vehicle hit and run crash at this location. A black SUV went off the roadway and drove through two large fence sections. Police searched the area and found a vehicle with matching damage on Small Street. A party was identified as the driver, and she admitted to panicking and leaving the crash scene. She was issued Misdemeanor Citations for License Required and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

25-006719 – 1400 BLK Sunnyfield Lane – Traffic Stop / Arrest – Police observed a vehicle abruptly stop in the roadway for no legitimate reason. Officers initiated a traffic stop and determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol. She was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail where she was charged with Driving Under the Influence.
