Day Shift June 3: B Squad

26-005149 – 6900 BLK Martha Avenue – Disorder/Arrest – Officers responded to this address after the caller reported her ex-boyfriend was at her house, refusing to leave. On scene, the altercation was found to be verbal only; however, the man had a valid arrest warrant out of East Ridge for Domestic Assault and was subsequently taken into custody.

26-005155 – 700 BLK Bacon Trail– Watchlist– The property manager called stating that the owner of the unit had given police carte blanche to criminally trespass anyone on the property aside from realtors and perspective buyers. The owner was contacted and confirmed the information and requested the address to be placed on the watch list.

Night Shift June 3: C Squad

 26-005154 – 800 BLK Belvoir Hills Circle – Theft from a Vehicle – A resident reported that her rear vehicle window was broken and two black bags were removed. The bags contained clothing and paperwork. Police have no current leads on suspects for the incident.

26-005162 – 6400 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity / Arrest / Arrest for Other Agency – Customers reported a vehicle was driving erratically in the parking lot. Police responded to the area and located the suspicious vehicle. The driver was identified and police observed several signs of narcotics use. Upon further investigation, police determined the party was driving while under the influence. In addition, it was found that she had an arrest warrant through Hamilton County Sessions Court for Simple Assault. The suspect was placed into custody and transported to Hamilton County Jail.

26-005170 – 6400 BLK Ringgold Road – Narcotics Violation / Arrest – While enroute to the Hamilton County Jail, the arrestee from above admitted that she had crack cocaine hidden in her clothing. The illegal drugs along with a small amount of drug paraphernalia were recovered. Additional charges for Possession of Schedule II and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia were levied.

26-005163 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road– Disorder / Arrest for Other Agency – A female called after a male acquaintance refused to give back her phone. On scene, officers spoke with both individuals and determined the ownership of the phone was a civil matter. During the investigation, it was found that the male had an arrest warrant through the Hamilton County Sessions Court. The original charge on the warrant was Driving on a Revoked License. He was taken into custody and transported to Hamilton County Jail without issue.

26-005168 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service – While in custody at the Hamilton County Jail, a man was served with a forfeiture capias through the City of East Ridge. The original charge on the arrest warrant was Driving on a Revoked License.

26-005171 – 700 BLK Germantown Circle – Traffic Stop / Arrest – Police conducted a traffic stop with a black Honda Civic. During the roadside investigation, officers determined that the subject was operating his vehicle while intoxicated. He was taken into custody, transported to Hamilton County Jail, and charged with Driving Under the Influence.
