Day Shift March 12: A Squad

26-002274 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A woman turned herself into the East Ridge Police Department and was transported to the Hamilton County Jail for the warrant service.

26-002275 – Welcome Center – Disorder – ERPD responded to the welcome center on reports of an elderly couple arguing. No foul play was discovered, and the parties went their separate ways.

Night Shift March 12 : C Squad

26-002286 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder with a Weapon – Police were approached by a female party who stated a male suspect approached her by the gas pumps and threatened her with a firearm. The two occupants of the car stated, while traveling on Ringgold Road, a silver SUV began driving recklessly and hand gestures were exchanged. The woman stated the SUV followed them to the gas station, where the male began threatening to shoot both while holding a firearm in his hand. The suspect fled prior to police arrival when she began attempting to record the interaction. A follow up with the store’s security team will be conducted to review video footage when available.

26-002285 – 1300 BLK Spring Creek Road – Domestic Disorder/Proximity Restriction- Police responded to Spring Creek Road in response to a domestic disorder between a man and woman. Officers spoke to the female caller who stated that her son was inside the house. She appeared upset and shaky, and she asked if LE could make him leave. She also said that she wanted him trespassed from the property. Officers located the son in the back of the property. He was immediately compliant with directives to gather his belongings and leave. He was given the official notice that he was criminally trespassed from the property.

26-002283 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Unconscious/Arrest – Officers were dispatched to the above location regarding an unconscious male in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. After being placed into custody for Driving While Revoked – DUI, a firearm was located on his person. It was learned that the man was also a convicted felon. The suspect was transported to Hamilton County jail without further incident. He was charged with driving while license revoked and unlawful possession of a firearm.

26-002289 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – SIA/Arrest – During routine patrols, officers discovered a vehicle parked behind the grocery store after the business had closed. Patrol contacted the driver and observed her attempting to conceal apparent drug paraphernalia in her purse. During a search of the vehicle, Officers found numerous items of drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. She was a Misdemeanor Citation in Lieu of Arrest for drug paraphernalia.
