Law and Order Oct. 4

Day Shift October 2: Alpha Team

26-009518 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Vandalism – The complainant stated her Ford Escape was vandalized on 10/1/26. The damage occurred between 1100 – 2000 hours on 10/1/26. She believed that a coworker that damaged her car because she found grease marks on the passenger side of the vehicle, and they had recently been handling grease at the business. She had already contacted her management, and they are willing to provide camera access to ERPD Detectives.

26-009517- 4000 BLK Ringgold Road- Stolen Tag Recovery – Upon receiving an LPR hit for a stolen TN tag, patrol located a black Honda Accord traveling East on Ringgold Road at McBrien Road with the stolen tag displayed. Police conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and spoke with an older male who was driving. Police told the driver that the tag was stolen at which time he admitted to police he had taken it off a neighbor’s vehicle because the neighbors still had some of his belongings; he only thought it was fair. He was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest. Police seized the stolen plate and entered it into property and evidence for safe keeping until the rightful owner can retrieve it.

Night Shift October 2: Charlie Team

26-009529 -1200 BLK San Hsi – Domestic Disorder – A caller stated that a male and female were chasing each other down the road. On scene, officers contacted a man and his girlfriend. Both parties advised they had a verbal argument and agreed to separate for the night.

26-009527 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Domestic Disorder – Police responded to the apartment complex for a report of a male and female yelling at each other. Upon arrival, everything appeared normal, and no signs of distress were observed.
