Day Shift September 15: A Squad

26-008937 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A wanted suspect was taken into custody on an active East Ridge warrant for Possession of Stolen Property (Firearm). He was transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.

26-008934 – 800 BLK South Seminole Drive- Harassment – A woman came to the East Ridge Police Department to report that two people were harassing her. She stated they had threatened her this morning and showed police a video of the incident. The video only had her voice in it, and there were no threats made by anyone else or anyone else present in the video. She said that she had a video of them having committed acts outside of her door to harass her, but that video had no audible evidence of anyone being present except for she and her dog. She did admit to officers that she had used methamphetamine two days ago, further alleging the suspects had stolen her meth and replaced it with something that “made her crazy.”

26-008927 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – A motel employee reported that a female standing at the front of the building was hallucinating and asking for help. On scene, police spoke with the woman who admitted to consuming methamphetamine. EMS transported the woman for treatment.

26-008935 – 3700 BLK Bennett Road – Domestic Disorder – Police responded to an ongoing domestic disorder at the above address. Officers met with a party who claimed her husband had assaulted her. The man had left the premises prior to the arrival of police.

26-008941 – 200 BLK Edwina Court – Vandalism/Arrest – Patrol responded to a report of a person had smashed a car window. The suspect stated she smashed her mother’s boyfriend’s car window with a dumbbell because he would not take her to a job interview. She was arrested and transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.

Night Shift September 15: C Squad

26-008951 – 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street- Overdose – Police responded to an unconscious party who was discovered to be an overdose in front of a room. Units arrived on scene and found a female in the parking lot unresponsive. Motel staff were able to administer Narcan prior to police arrival and the party regained consciousness. When asked, the party admitted to consuming Fentanyl and gave consent for police to search her room for any further narcotics. The subject denied transport from EMS.

26-007998 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Supplement/Stolen Vehicle Recovery – Police were contacted through dispatch to verify if there was a vehicle still registered as stolen through NCIC. The vehicle was stolen from East Ridge and was found by Marion County, burned. The owner was made aware of the vehicle’s location and condition.
