Day Shift September 25: B Squad
26-009259- 900 BLK Spring Creek- Arrest – A man was located after causing a disorder at the hospital and nearby apartment complex. The man appeared intoxicated and was incoherent and disruptive. He was taken into custody and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.
26-009264-6500 BLK Ringgold Road-Property – A staff member at the motel reported to police that while cleaning out one of the rooms, they found a firearm along with drug paraphernalia. The firearm was found to be an Airsoft replica, and the drug paraphernalia was placed into property and evidenced for destruction.
26-009268 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – While performing a business check at this location, police were notified of a male party acting strangely in front of the store. Upon arrival, police encountered the man “practicing” his percussion talents on a street sign. He was asked to relocate to another area to conduct his rehearsal.
Night Shift September 25: D Squad
26-009272 – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Intoxicated Person – Officers responded to the above address for a report of an intoxicated person attempting to leave. Officers located the individual and allowed the individual to leave in an Uber. One of their friends was found to have an active warrant through Maury County. He was placed in custody and transported to jail without issue.
26-009273 – 6400 BLK Ringgold Road – Property Damage/AOA – Officers responded to the above address after receiving reports of a white pickup truck striking a light pole in the parking lot. Upon arrival, officers were advised that the vehicle had fled southbound on Mack Smith Road. Officers located the vehicle and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle continued into Georgia before coming to a stop. The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene and took the driver into custody for DUI.
Day Shift September 26: B Squad
26-009288- 1000 BLK South Seminole Drive – Disorder Prevention – The caller requested assistance with a custody exchange involving the child’s father. Competing civil and protective order documents were examined, and the juvenile court was consulted. As no formal decree regarding custodial times existed, the parties were advised to seek a decree from a court.
Night Shift September 26: D Squad
26-009308 – 800 BLK Summit Avenue- Domestic Disorder – A woman and her mother engaged in an argument that escalated into a physical fight. During the fight, the daughter’s dog bit mom in the hand causing minor cuts and bruising. Police offered EMS but she refused. Patrol identified both parties as mutual combatants and cautioned them to separate to avoid escalation. The parties decided to separate for the night. Police notified East Ridge Animal Services of the incident.
26-009309-5000 BLK South Terrace -MVC/ DUI Arrest – Police arrested a woman for driving under the influence after she was found slumped over behind the wheel of her vehicle with a can of air duster in her hand. Her vehicle had struck another vehicle in the movie theater parking lot. The woman told police that this would be her second DUI involving inhalants and that her previous DUI occurred on September 13, 2026.
