Day Shift September 29: Alpha Team
26-009395- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person/ Criminal Trespass – The property manager wished to have a party criminally trespassed from the property due to the business no longer being in operation. The party stated he understood the trespass warning, and he would not return, however, he had a verified probation violation warrant (shoplifting) through East Ridge Court. The man was transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
26-009393 – 3200 BLK Blackhawk Trail – Warrant Service – A man was taken into custody on several East Ridge warrants and a Hamilton County parole violation warrant.
26-009405 – 5800 BLK Ringgold Road – Narcotics Arrest/Warrant Service – A traffic stop was conducted on a Hyundai Elantra as the registered owner was known to have an outstanding East Ridge warrant for harassment. During the stop the woman admitted to having narcotics. She was charged with Possession of Schedule II and drug paraphernalia. She was transported without issue.
Night Shift September 29: Charlie Team
26-009429 – 3900 BLK North Mission Oaks Drive – Domestic Assault – Units responded to a reported assault between two roommates. The victim was asleep on his couch when he was awoken to a bookshelf atop him and the suspect on top of it. The parties got into an argument and went outside, where a fight broke out. The reporting party was able to break up the altercation. It reignited but when both went back inside. The suspect was placed in custody and charged with Domestic Assault.
26-009414 – 4300 BLK Spriggs Street – Overdose/TPO Arrest – Officers responded to a possible drug overdose. On scene, the male victim’s wife stated he possibly took fentanyl. The man refused medical attention and signed a refusal. After running both parties’ information, it was discovered that an active no-contact order was still in place. The wife was taken into custody for violation of a no-contact order.
26-009422 – 4300 BLK Spriggs Street – Overdose – Officers responded to this location again after the male overdosed a second time. Officers administered Narcan and the man became responsive a short time later. He again refused any medical attention. No drug paraphernalia or narcotics were observed on either incident. Information regarding these occurrences was forwarded to CSU.
26-009428 – 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street – Aggressive Animal – Police responded to the motel in reference to two aggressive dogs. Officers were advised that the dogs had been fighting with each other but had not bitten or injured anyone. The RP was asked to contact Animal Services in the morning to determine what options may be available.
