Law and Order September 5

Day Shift September 4: B Squad

25-009364 -Covington Dr/Dover Lane – Suspicious Person – Police were dispatched to this location regarding a heavy-set female wearing all black going through people’s mailboxes. Police responded and did not locate the suspect.

25-009365 – 1500 BLK South Smith St – Trespassing – ERPD received a call from an elderly woman who stated a male wearing a yellow bandanna and riding a blue bicycle was walking through her back yard. The reporting party wanted ERPD to locate and trespass the individual. ERPD could not locate the suspicious person to issue a trespass warning.

Night Shift September 4: D Squad

25-009375 – 3600 BLK Missionaire Avenue – Shots Fired – Police investigated reports of two gunshots near Missionaire Avenue. Police were unable to locate any evidence of gunshots in the area.

25-009379 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Auto Burglary – The owner reported his EAA Girsan MC28 SA-TV 9mm pistol was stolen from his vehicle at the above address sometime between 1900 hours on 9/4/25 and midnight on 9/5/25. Police entered the stolen firearm into NCIC.

25-009380 – 3400 BLK Gail Drive – Domestic Assault – Police transported a female to a safe location after alleging her boyfriend verbally threatened to harm her and broke her cell phone. The male party denied the allegations and said he didn’t know the victim. An incident report was provided.

25-009382 – 1500 BLK Prater Rd – Domestic Assault – Officers were dispatched to the 1500 block of Prater Road regarding a male and female yelling. Officers were able to locate both parties. After investigating, officers had probable cause to arrest the female for Domestic Assault. The subject was transported to Hamilton County jail.
