March 12 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

March 10 Day Shift

22-003314- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-

Cody Clark was served an East Ridge warrant at the county jail.

22-003315- 4135 East Ridge Drive- Suspicious Activity-

The caller advised she felt someone may have broken into her shed. On scene the shed appeared to be secure. The caller had already left her residence before police arrival.

22-003316- 1000 Bass Pro Drive- Possible Disorder-

Multiple callers advised of a male and female involved in a disorder at the business. Per the callers the disorder moved into Camp Jordan. On scene police checked the area but no disorder was located. All callers left the area before police arrival.

22-003318- 1043 Hibbler Circle- Burglary in Progress-

The caller advised an unknown number of people were attempting to break into the residence. On scene police checked the house and it appeared to be secure.

22-003321- 1473 Mack Smith Road- Suspicious Person-

The caller advised a homeless male has been living behind the business for the last three days. On scene police encountered the man who was told to move along.

22-003330- 941 Spring Creek Road- Wellbeing Check-

An elderly female called and advised she was lost and couldn’t remember the way home. On scene police discovered the caller was a patient at the hospital.

22-003334- 4338 Ringgold Road- Disorder/Arrest-

Randy Wetherington was arrested and charged with public intoxication following a disorder at the business.

22-003338- 1417 Mack Smith Road- Suspicious People-

The caller advised of two males sitting at the side of the building possibly using narcotics. On scene police checked the area but the males were already gone.

 Night Shift

940 Spring Creek Road/Public Intox(22-003345)

Charles Hair was arrested in the parking lot of Mr. Speedys for being intoxicated.

5707 Ringgold Rd-disorder-

Police were dispatched to the Dollar General regarding a male and female in a disorder. After making contact with Kaalyn Royal and Salliyah Brown, the disorder was verbal only. Both subjects were taken into custody due to having warrants out of sessions court. 22-003342

22-003354: 1500 Keeble Street Apartment D/Warrant Service/Search Warrant:

While on an unrelated disorder call at apartment C, officers observed suspicious activity at apartment D. Consensual contact was made with the occupants of the apartment, who were less than forthcoming about their identities before shutting the door and abruptly ending the consensual encounter. Based on this brief encounter, officers identified one of the subjects as Johnny Pack via social media and law enforcement databases.  Pack was found to have multiple felony warrants for narcotics-related offenses out of sessions. An attempt to make contact at the residence was negative, and the occupants could be seen hiding inside.  A search warrant for Johnny Pack was obtained and executed without incident.  Pack was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.

22-003358: 1500 Keeble Street Apartment D/Warrant Service/Narcotics Violation:

While units were establishing a perimeter on Apartment D in preparation for the search warrant, they came into contact with a subject, Robert Goldizen, who was also found to have warrants out of multiple jurisdictions. Furthermore, a consent search of Goldizen’s vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana (14g) and methamphetamine (1g). Goldizen was transported to Silverdale.

22-003364: I-75 South @ Georgia line Service/Narcotics Violation:

Units observed a subject involved in short-term traffic at the waffle house. When the suspect observed officers, he drove at a high rate of speed onto I-75 south and finally came to a stop right inside the Georgia line. The driver was identified as Phillip Rockholt. A consent search of the vehicle yielded 15 grams of meth, 28 grams of marijuana, and multiple fake Roxicodone pills (m box 30). Catoosa responded to the scene to take custody of Rockholt
