The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, March 23. Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue.

Rodney Ballard – Violation Conditions of Release, Domestic Assault, Public Intoxication.

Jereme Billups – Possession Cocaine, Altering Title.

Mitchell Bowman – Public Intoxication, Resisting Arrest.

Megan Casteel aka/Johnson – Theft under $1,000, Theft over $2,500/Alias Capias, Drug Paraphernalia.

Scott Daugherty – Possession Controlled Substance/PTR.

Jonathan Diaz – Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct.

Thomas Dobbs – Assault/Police, Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest, Reckless Endangerment, Vandalism, Possession Firearm/Intoxicated, Public Intoxication, Joyriding.

John Dodd – Suspended DL/Alias Capias, No Insurance, Registration Violation, Illegal U-turn.

Sheikh Fayd – Aggravated Burglary, Vandalism.

Derrance Freeman – DUI/3rd.

Shariff Fuller – Theft over $1,000, Criminal Auto Theft, Criminal Conspiracy/Burglary, Burglary of Auto.

Scarlett Jackson – Evading/PTR.

Zakary King – Theft over $10,000, Burglary of Auto, Criminal Conspiracy, Burglary, Evading Arrest, Criminal Impersonation (2).

Lindsey Shaw – Possession Meth/PTR.

Eddie Smithey – Possession Schedule IV.

Joseph Valentino – Possession Meth, Theft over $1,000, Suspended DL.

Nikolas Von Thaden – Criminal Simulation/PTR.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
