March 26 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

March 24 Day Shift

21-003912- 941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East)- AOA-

CPD requested police check the emergency room for a Joshua Madden. Madden was located and CPD took him into custody.

21-003916- 961 Spring Creek Road (Chattanooga Family Practice)- Suspicious Person-

The caller advised a suspicious white male entered their office and was acting strange. On arrival the male had left the building in an unknown direction. He was not located. 

21-003922- 631 Camp Jordan Parkway (Jonathan’s Grill)- Suspicious Person-

The caller advised of a white female sitting on the patio talking to herself. On arrival police spoke with the female. She requested a ride to Westside Drive in Chattanooga. Her request was granted.

21-003923- Cathy Lane @ Pinellas Lane- Improperly Parked Vehicle-

The caller advised of a white vehicle with a Texas registration parked in the roadway. The caller advised the vehicle has been parked for approximately one week. On arrival the vehicle was checked and found to not be a hazard.

18-010393- Warrant Service-

Courtney Underhill was served two East Ridge warrants.

 Night Shift

5911 Ringgold Road, Tweety Auto Mart / Supplemental Report-Stolen Vehicle Recovery – 21-001849:

Chattanooga Police Department located a 2014 Kia Optima at 7017 Shallowford Road.  The vehicle was removed from NCIC and towed by and to Reliable Towing.

3500 Shadowlawn Dr / Warrant Service – 21-003935:

Jessica Crow was arrested on a Hamilton County warrant at this location during a traffic stop.

1507 Prigmore Rd / Traffic Stop – 21-003938:

Tiffany Cheatham was arrested for DUI and aggravated child endangerment following a traffic stop at this location due to the fact that she was driving impaired with her five-month-old infant, who was unrestrained in the backseat.

941 Spring Creek Rd / Narcotics Violation – 21-003949:

Hospital staff called to report that drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine were found in an ICU patient’s room. It is suspected that the patient’s girlfriend is bringing it in for him. Police took possession of the narcotics and paraphernalia and it was placed into property and evidence.

3500 Gleason Drive / Evading Arrest/Crash – 21-003951:

Police attempted a traffic stop on a dark blue or purple Dodge Charger at Germantown Rd/Gleason Dr. The driver of the vehicle attempted to flee on Gleason Drive, but the driver lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, and struck a mailbox at 3532 Gleason Drive. The driver then reversed back into the roadway and continued fleeing westbound on Gleason Drive. The vehicle was last seen turning northbound on S. Seminole Drive.
