May 26 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

May 24 Day Shift

201 Eads St-

Unknown 911 call from this location. Police checked the area and did not locate anyone

6743 Ringgold Rd-

A representative of the business, Moderations, advised two chairs and some art were taken from this location

4214 Ringgold Rd-

Reporting party found a wallet belonging to a William Wood in the 1400 block of Moore Road and turned it into police. Item was entered into property/evidence.

1517 Tombras Ave-

Workers at the community center found a baggie of suspected marijuana and turned it over to police. Item was entered into property/evidence.

6725 Ringgold Rd-

Staff at Chattanooga Mercantile advised a tenant that had a booth had taken property belonging to another tenant. Report on file.

 Night Shift

21-007249 4307 Fountain Ave / Arrest:

Elizabeth Clark was arrested for public intoxication and possession of SCH IV following an unknown trouble call at this location.

941 Spring Creek Rd / Arrest / 21-007258 –

Elizabeth Bailey was taken into custody for possession of cocaine and tampering with evidence following a traffic stop at this location.

1105 Sewanee Dr – DUI – 21-007253 –

Halley Dobson was arrested for DUI during a traffic stop at this location.

21-007255 – 4214 Ringgold Road / Arrest-DUI:

Justin A. Clark was arrested for DUI 1st and Driving While License Suspended when he came to the police station to bond out his wife.

21-007270/ 4214 Ringgold Road/ Warrant Service:

Police served an arrest warrant for Petition to Revoke:  Possession of Meth on Cedric Terrell Harris.  Harris is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail.

Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
