May 7 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from “pass along” reports furnished by the East Ridge Police Department.

May 5 Day Shift

22-006303- 323 Camp Jordan Parkway- Narcotics Arrest-

Charles Pederson was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication following an encounter with CSU. Kollene Spencer was also arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute in connection with this case.

22-006308- 4348 Ringgold Road- Unconscious Person/Arrest-

The caller advised a male in a red car parked on the lot was unresponsive. On scene police encountered Wesley Roach awake in his vehicle. While speaking with Roach, drug paraphernalia was observed in the vehicle. Roach was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.

22-006312- 4145 Ringgold Road- Harassment Arrest/Warrant Service-

The caller advised her ex-boyfriend, Bryant Beard, was threatening her. On scene police contacted Beard. He was arrested and charged with harassment. He was also served an East Ridge warrant. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.

22-005301- 4214 Ringgold Road- Warrant Service-

Tadarrel Oakley turned himself in today on an East Ridge warrant. He was transported to Silverdale.

Night Shift

5301 Ringgold Road/Prescription Drug Fraud (22-006329)

Police arrested Brandon Chapman after he gave the prescription department a fraudulent prescription for oxycodone.

941 Spring Creek Road/Agg Assault/Domestic Assault (22-006345):

Warrants will be sought for Billy Wooten Jr, who assaulted his girlfriend in the parking lot. Wooten also pulled a knife on a security guard and threatened to “cut him up.” Wooten fled on foot before police arrived.

21-0026338 / Traffic Stop /Arrest-

Taya Coleman was arrested in the 3700 block of Ringgold Road following a traffic stop on active warrants out of Sessions Court as well as Possession of Drugs for Resale. Police seized 114.08 grams of marijuana and $732 of U.S. currency.
