The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Dec. 10. Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins at 3 p.m.

Junior Beck – theft over $1,000, burglary, criminal conspiracy (2), forgery, theft under $1,000.

Gary Jones – aggravated robbery.

Travis Layne – violation sex offender registry/PTR.

Terrance Lewis – aggravated domestic, evading arrest.

Bobby Smith – fraud use of credit card/PTR, theft/PTR.

Brandon Smith – manufacture/delivery/sale of meth/PTR.

Erika Bell – aggravated domestic assault.

Bianca Buchanan – possession schedule II/for capias (2), possession schedule I/for capias, suspended DL/for capias.

April Disney – drug paraphernalia/PTR.

Brandy Flynn – simple possession/PTR, theft under $500/PTR, failure to appear/PTR.

Christopher Kenney – aggravated robbery.

Josh Lively – domestic assault/PTR.

Amanda Redmond/aka Lever, Howell – theft over $1,000 (2), burglary, criminal conspiracy, forgery (2), theft under $1,000, forgery (2).

Quinterious Allen – aggravated burglary, domestic assault.

Austin Blackmon – simple possession/marijuana, reckless driving, drug paraphernalia.

David Brewer – possession meth, possession marijuana, possession schedule II, drug paraphernalia, suspended DL, registration violation, registration/improper display.

Rashan Brown – resisting, disorderly conduct.

Tabitha Butler – drug paraphernalia.

Calvin Davenport – simple possession/marijuana.

Stephen Davis – domestic assault.

Ashley Day – criminal trespass, aggravated domestic assault.

Monica Dean/aka Ryans – simple possession, red light violation, registration violation.

Thomas Dobbs – aggravated burglary, assault.

Robert Fetcher – domestic assault.

Cody Gleash – resisting.

Nicholas Guinn – simple possession/cocaine, light law.

Ricky Holmes – DUI, implied consent, open container.

Raven Jackson – DUI/2nd, driving left of center, child endangerment (2), open container, implied consent, assault on police.

Jamal Jarrett – identity theft, theft (2), registration violation, light law, no insurance, speeding.

Curtis Jeffries – disorderly conduct.

Robert Kokoszka – DUI, fail to maintain lane.

Johnathan Mason – DUI, possession handgun while UI, implied consent, speeding, prohibited weapon.

James Miller – simple possession/marijuana.

Kameron Peters – aggravated criminal trespass, criminal trespass.

Leif Plunkett – criminal trespassing, aggravated criminal trespassing.

Matthew Poythress – false reports.

Kenneth Pruitt – domestic assault.

Thomas Ragland Jr. – DUI/2nd, implied consent, fail to maintain lane.

Jesus Rodgriguez – DUI, implied consent, red light violation, due care.

Oscar Salazar – revoked DL/PTR, registration violation, no insurance.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
