Municipal Court Docket for Feb. 2

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Feb. 2. Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue. As a result of the pandemic, only those in custody of law enforcement will be appearing.

Christopher Brown – Revoked DL/Alias Capias.

Daniel Sanborn – Possession Schedule II/Meth, Drug Paraphernalia, Theft over $10,000, Possession Schedule VI/Marijuana.

James Stevens – Burglary/For Capias, Violation Order of Protection/For Capias, Registration Violation, No Insurance.

Anthony Trillet – Public Intoxication.

Heather Carroll – Possession Meth/For Capias.

Joshua Davis – Simple Assault, Aggravated Domestic, Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving, Suspended DL.

Emily Dean – Criminal Impersonation, Suspended DL, No DL, No Insurance.

Pamela Ford – Possession Meth.

Robert Hayworth – Possession Schedule II/Meth, Drug Paraphernalia.

Bricara King – Public Intoxication.

Derrick Lacey – Carjacking/For Capias, Assault/For Capias.

Cuong Mang – Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Stalking, Violation Order of Protection, Vandalism.

Ricky Perkins – DUI/2nd, Possession Meth.

Brandon Quarles – Possession Heroin, Unlawful Possession of Firearm/Felon, Possession Meth, Theft under $1,000, Drug Paraphernalia.

Desiree Smith – Theft over $1,000, Criminal Impersonation.

Javeon Sullivan – Possession Schedule II/Heroin/Resale, Possession Schedule I/Oxycodone/Resale, Possession Schedule VI/Marijuana/Resale, Possession Firearm with Intent, Theft under $1,000.

Joseph Valentino – Possession Meth, Theft over $1,000, Suspended DL.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
