Municipal Court Docket for Jan. 5

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Jan. 5. Due to COVID-19 concerns, only those in the custody of law enforcement are scheduled to appear.

Court officials said people with pending cases in the City of East Ridge and are on bond will either be notified of a new court date, or ask that person to contact the court to get a new court date.  People who are charged with a traffic offense, are asked to call the clerk’s office at 423/867-2701 to obtain a new court date.

Christopher Davis – Possession Firearm during Felony (3), Possession Marijuana/Resale, Possession Xanax/Resale, Possession MDMA/Resale, Public Intoxication, Revoked DL/Alias Capias, Seat Belt, Registration Violation.

Casey Johnson – Public Intoxication, Theft under $1,000, Burglary, Vandalism, Aggravated Burglary, Theft more than $1,000.

Rocky McCabe – Possession Meth, Child Endangerment, Drug Paraphernalia, Revoked DL, Light Law, No Insurance.

Richard Campbell – Resisting Arrest, Disordlery.

Tonya Cargle – DUI/Petition to Revoke.

Megan Casteel aka/Johnson – Theft under $1,000, Theft over $2,500/Alias Capias, Drug Paraphernalia.

Monica Dunn – Theft/Alias Capias, Revoked DL/For Capias, Light Law, No Insurance, Registration Violation, Theft under $1,000.

Amerka Jones aka/Faires – False Reports, Public Intoxication, Misuse of 911.

Jada Lankford – Bribery of Public Servant, Aggravated Burglary/For Capias, Criminal Impersonation/For Capias, Theft over $10,000/For Capias.

Michael Sims – Aggravated Domestic Assault/PTR.

Kevin Williams Theft under $1,000 (3), Suspended DL.

Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
