Municipal Court Docket for March 2

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, March 2. Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue. The individuals appearing are in the custody of law enforcement.

Michelle Anderson – Theft under $1,000/PTR.

Brenda Arbajian – Aggravated Criminal Littering, Reckless Burning, Prohibited Weapon, Drug Paraphernalia, Simple Possession/Marijuana, Possession Controlled Substance/PTR.

Khera Cozzart – Fraud Use of Credit Card/Debit Card.

Blake Drouillard – Theft/PTR.

Sheikh Fayd – Aggravated Burglary, Vandalism.

Lamonte Higgins – Reckless Driving, Revoked DL.

Jeff McGraw – Suspended DL/Alias Capias, Speeding.

Jennifer Merritt – Possession Schedule IV/For Capias, Drug Paraphernalia/For Capias.

Andrew Morgan – Criminal Impersonation.

Brandon Quarles – Possession Heroin, Unlawful Possession Firearm/Felon, Possession Meth, Theft under $1,000, Drug Paraphernalia.

Ronald Rice – Unlawful Possession Weapon/For Capias.

Butch Shirley – Possession Meth/PTR.

Bobby Allen Smith – Theft/PTR.

Joshua Thompson – Aggravated Domestic.

Chadrick Weaver – Domestic Assault.

Angelica Webb – Suspended DL/For Capias, No Insurance, Excessive Noise, Registration Violation.

Jeffrey Wiedman – Theft over $2,500/For Capias.

Michael Williams – Resisting Arrest, Criminal Trespass.

Steven Wilson – DUI, Possession Schedule VI, Simple Assault/Police, Resisting Arrest, Leaving Scene with Injuries.

Alicia Young – Aggravated Assault/Health Care Worker.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
