Nov. 30 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

November 26 – Day Shift

21-017107- Warrant Service-

Travis Walker was arrested on an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.

21-017112- Warrant Service-

Desota A Lovett was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.

21-017113- 1410 Mack Smith Road #2316- Disorder-

The caller advised a woman was causing a disorder with motel staff. On scene police stood by while the woman gathered her belongings and left the motel.

21-017114- 6404 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person-

The caller advised of a homeless male hanging out in the lobby. On scene police spoke with the subject. He requested transport to Parkridge East. He was transported without incident.

21-017118- 3601 Claremont Avenue- Found Property-

The caller advised he had located two handguns and wished to turn them over to police. On scene police spoke with the caller. He advised he runs a “group house” at this address. He advised on 11-25-21 he found two airsoft pistols that were left in a room by a previous tenant. The pistols were collected and entered in property/evidence.

November 26 – Night Shift

21-017131 6513 Ringgold Road / Suspicious Vehicle / Arrest:

Brittany Crowe was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of SCH II, Possession of Drug paraphernalia, and criminal impersonation, as well as an active arrest warrant. Morticia Bridges was issued a misdemeanor citation for simple possession as well as a traffic citation. Amanda Lacy was arrested for an active warrant through Hamilton County. Following a traffic stop at this location. Reports on file.

4214 Ringgold Rd / Arrest: (21-017137)

William Harrison was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale Detention Facility for an active East Ridge warrant.

6600 Ringgold Rd / Arrest: (21-017134)

Police conducted a traffic stop at this location which resulted in the arrest of the driver Bryan Stickney for DUI and being in possession of a firearm while intoxicated. The passenger of the vehicle was arrested for possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia, and active Hamilton County warrants.

21-017126 – 3601 Claremont Ave (Drug Arrest)

Randall Remeto was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine following a disorder at this address. 

21-017135 – 4800 block Madonna Ave (Arrest)

Police responded to an assault at this address. A female subject was arrested for Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest, and a male subject was arrested for Domestic Assault.

November 27 – Day Shift

21-017159- 1307 Pleasant Street- Suspicious Activity-

Police were dispatched to this address regarding suspicious activity. The caller indicated persons had been seen entering the structure. When police arrived on scene to secure the abandoned structure it was evident the structure was being lived in. In the Northwest corner of the house two beds were in the room with blankets and pillows. Police cleared the home and found no person in the home at this time. Codes was notified of the burned home with evidence of people utilizing the structure for sleeping.

21-017160- 3500 block Claremont Avenue- Domestic Disorder/Theft-

A female subject advised her ex-boyfriend assaulted her and stole her truck. Warrants for theft and aggravated assault are being sought.

21-017169- 5420 Connell Street- Found Property-

The caller advised her son found a shotgun in the woods behind the property. On scene the juvenile led officers the firearm. After a records check it was found the shotgun has not been reported stolen. It was entered in property.

November 27 – Night Shift

21-017191 400 S. Moore Road / Arrest-Traffic: 

Victoria M. Conner was arrested for Driving While License Revoked (DUI) after being stopped for speeding.

1410 Mack Smith Road / Arrest: (21-017192)

A male subject was arrested for abuse of 911 after four police officers spent over an hour looking for him. The man called 911 eight times in less than an hour, advising that someone was trying to kill him. Officers determined he was suffering from narcotic-induced paranoia.

21-017200 1300 block San Hsi Drive / Domestic Assault / Juvenile Arrest:

A juvenile male was arrested for two counts of domestic assault following a call at this location.

S Germantown/Germantown Cir (Arrest 21-017198):

Short-term traffic/suspicious activity was observed to the rear of the Cascades Motel.  A vehicle leaving the area was stopped for erratic driving behavior. A consent search was gained for the vehicle and occupants.  Lisa Beaird was found to have narcotics on her person and was charged with Possession of Schedule IV for Resale.

1312 Spring Creek Road/DUI (21-017201)

Deonta Byrd was arrested for DUI, implied consent, resisting arrest, possession of a firearm under the influence, and failure to maintain lane at this location during a traffic stop.

November 28 – Day Shift

21-017205- 6500 blk of Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/Warrant Service-

Daniel Tindall was arrested on a East Ridge warrant following a traffic stop. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.

21-017209- 5400 blk of Ringgold Road- Wellbeing Check-

The caller advised of a female walking on the roadside hitting herself. On scene police spoke to the female and she advised she was ok.

November 28 – Night Shift

6642 Ringgold Rd / Arrest: (21-017226)

Bobby Cantrell was arrest for public intoxication after the hotel called in about him being suspicious on the property.

6513 Ringgold Rd. Criminal Trespass Arrest:

Daniel Lucas was arrested for Criminal Trespass after he returned to the Waffle House. 

21-017242 3984 Ringgold Road (Misdemeanor Citation):

Monica Shaw was issued a Misdemeanor Citation for Simple Possession and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop at this location.

21-017244 941 Spring Creek Road (Arrest):

Stephen Culbertson was arrested for Disorderly Conduct following a disorder at Park Ridge East Hospital.
