_ 776 Marley Way: Police were called to the address earlier this week in reference to a burglary. According to a police report, officers spoke with a man who said that sometime within the last four days someone stole his red Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle from his residence. In addition to the bike, the victim reported that a 65-inch Panasonic television was also taken. The report states that the victim told police the bike was stolen from under the awning attached to the house and that the TV was taken from the living room off the wall along with shelving that under the TV.

The report states that a witness told the victim that the property maintenance man was at the residence over the weekend. The victim told police that the property owner’s son was the maintenance man. According to the victim, he spoke with the maintenance man who “refused to speak further about it.” The report states that an officer saw that forced entry was made into the residence from a front window. The victim told police that he had unlocked the side door closest to the awning under which the bike was parked.

Detectives processed the scene for evidence and the investigation is ongoing, according to the report.
