The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”
April 21 Day Shift
22-005527- 182.6 I-24 East- Wellbeing Check-
The caller advised a male pushing a stroller was walking along the interstate. While en route the male crossed over into Chattanooga. CPD was notified.
22-005552- 510 Frawley Road- Alarm-
Police responded to check the church. On scene the alarm was found to be accidental.
3508 Ringgold Road/ Suspicious Person (22-005567):
Police responded to the Walgreens on Ringgold Road regarding a male subject rolling in the grass, yelling, and acting erratically. Police contacted Christopher Breedlove who appeared to be high from recent narcotic use. Breedlove was also found to be in possession of meth and heroin. Breedlove was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale without incident.
S Germantown & Fountain Ave/ Backup Other Agency (22-005581):
ERPD was requested by THP to assist in a traffic stop after the male party, Charles Blocker, began to act erratically after being taken into custody. During an inventory of his vehicle police located a large amount of merchandise consistent with shoplifting. One of the items was observed to still be in a lockbox. After being cleared by EMS police followed THP to the jail due to Blocker’s erratic behavior. Prior to arriving at the jail, police and THP stopped after observing Blocker throwing items out of his pockets. A search of the Trooper’s backseat yielded a large amount of suspected crack cocaine.
1410 Mack Smith Road/Drugs/Firearm under the influence: (22-005575)
Ramiro Sandoval was arrested for open container, possession of meth and possession of a handgun under the influence in the parking lot of the Budgetel.
22-005578: 1410 Mack Smith Rd/Narcotics violation:
A consensual encounter was initiated with a suspicious vehicle at this location. One of the occupants, Geraldine Phipps, was found to have pressed methamphetamine (2g) in her possession. Phipps also had an outstanding warrant out of Walker County, Georgia.
22-005586: 1410 Mack Smith Rd/Narcotics violation:
Officers obtained information regarding an individual selling narcotics out of a room. A knock and talk was conducted and contact was made with Lajuan Woods. Woods was found to have warrants out of Sessions. Search incident to his arrest, Woods was found to have heroin/fentanyl (11g), MDMA (2g), and marijuana (7g) on his person. A consent search of the room yielded currency, digital scales, paraphernalia and packaging materials consistent with distribution.
100 block Margareta Lane / Aggravated Burglary:
The resident called police stating that her ex-boyfriend, Contravis Davis, had broken into her apartment. Police arrived on scene to find that Davis had broken the window on the back door, reached in to unlock it, and then entered the residence. The resident stated that she woke up to the sound of breaking glass and when she came downstairs, she saw Davis run out the door before coming back inside. He then picked up her Iphone 12 and threw it at her, striking her on the right elbow causing a small cut. The resident denied any need for EMS. The resident’s mother was witness to this as well. Davis fled the scene on a black moped before police arrival. Warrant are being sought. (22-005591)
