Aug. 24 Day Shift

5301 Ringgold Road (violation of order of protection):

Trin Suttles was arrested for an East Ridge warrant for violation of order of protection, and new charges of violation of order of protection and aggravated stalking. (21-012165)

3518 Land Street (auto burglary):

The complainant reported that two of her vehicles were entered overnight at approximately 01:45 hours. The complainant stated two masked males parked a dark-colored, four-door sedan outside her driveway and then entered both her vehicles. No property was reported missing. (21-012160)

3600 Gleason Drive (arrest):

During a traffic stop at this location, Stephanie Boylan was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal impersonation. Ms. Boylan also had a Hamilton County and Catoosa County warrant. (21-012167)

1509 S. Smith Street (auto theft):

The complainant stated his white 2006 Ford E55 van (TN tag CP19859) was stolen sometime between the hours of 1630 on 08/23/2021 and 0730 on 08/24/2021. Complainant stated Commercial and Residential Services is decaled on the side of the van in black writing. The van was entered into NCIC. (21-012163)

1417 Mack Smith Road (theft):

The complainant stated an unknown suspect stole the gasoline from his vehicle sometime last weekend. (21-012188)

1417 St Thomas Street (suspicious activity):

Leon Hudges contacted ERPD when his roommate would not let him back in the room. Police spoke with his roommate, Dustin Walker, who initially gave misinformation. Walker was found to have three warrants through Hamilton county. Walker was transported to Silverdale and Hudgins was issued a misdemeanor citation for paraphernalia. (21-012168)

1919 Close Road (auto burglary/watch list):

The complainant reported the entering of her vehicle during the night by unknown subject(s). The complainant denied requiring a police report at this time but requested her residence and the neighborhood have more patrol during the overnight hours due to several instances of suspicious activity and vehicle break-ins. (21-012183)

Night Shift

4222 US41 (21-012206) – Warrant –

Subsequent to a traffic stop, Deuante Evans was arrested on outstanding Hamilton County Warrants

4000 US41 (21-012207) – Pursuit –

A blue Dodge Avenger was observed driving at high speed, with blatant disregard for traffic control devices and the public at large.  Officers attempted to stop the vehicle.  The driver did not yield and fled north on South Moore Road at high speed.  The pursuit was terminated.  Moments later, it was learned multiple bounty hunters were attempting to take the driver, Warren Muir, in custody, on multiple drug related and violent felony warrants which led to Muir’s reckless driving.  Additional warrants will be sought.

501 Saint Marks Avenue (21-012211)- Warrant & Violation Protection Order –

Phillip Headrick was arrested on an outstanding East Ridge Warrant and violation of a temporary protection order.

6700 US41 (21-012213) – Warrant –

Subsequent to a traffic stop, Zachary Scott was arrested on an outstanding out of state fugitive Warrant

4214 US41 (21-012215) – Warrant –

Devonta Montgomery was arrested on an outstanding East Ridge Warrant

6401 US41 (21-012221) – Narcotics –

Subsequent to a traffic stop, Vincent McColley was arrested for possession of Marijuana for resale (approx. .5kg)

1410 Mack Smith Road (21-012225) – Domestic Assault –

Timothy Smith assaulted his girlfriend and was arrested for Domestic Assault

3657 US41 (21-012226) – Domestic Assault –

Terry Gauntt assaulted his former girlfriend and was arrested for Domestic Assault.  Additionally, the victim’s current boyfriend was arrest for Driving on Revoke for DUI (re: 21-012227)
