Police Briefs for August 25

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.

August 23 Day Shift

948 Spring Creek Rd (Suspicious Activity 22-011830):

Police responded to reports of an unwanted party at this location. The subject left prior to officers arrival.

3623 Ringgold Rd (Property Damage 22-011835) –

Complainant reported that the rear window of the company van had been busted out. Vehicle did not appear to have been entered.

Night Shift

4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service):

Police arrested Mary Adams for an arrest warrant while in East Ridge court. (22-011846)

407 Donaldson Rd (Unconscious Party):

Police arrested Robert Smith for public intoxication and a felony warrant from Catoosa County, Ga. While enroute to the jail Smith began to have a medical emergency. He was taken to the Parkridge East Hospital and released to hospital staff. Warrants were sought for his arrest and approved. Early Wednesday morning Smith was released from the hospital and taken into custody on his warrants. (22-011849)

1410 Mack Smith Road (Harassment):

Police responded to this location for multiple juveniles harassing the reporting party’s daughter. This is an ongoing issue with this room between a juvenile that resides here and a juvenile that resides at 201 Eads ST. (22-011850)

6725 Ringgold Road (AOA):

Thomas Evans was taken into custody for an Aggravated Assault Warrant out of Catoosa County following a consensual encounter at this location. (22-011858)

4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service):

Travis Clayton was arrested and booked at the Hamilton County Jail on East Ridge warrant for an Alias Capias.  (22-011851)

4214 Ringgold Rd. (Warrant Service):

Michael McCallister was arrested on East Ridge Warrants and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. (22-011853)

4214 Ringgold Rd. (Warrant Service):

Andrew Sizemore was arrested on East Ridge Warrants and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. (22-011864)

4320 Bennett Road (Arrest):

Cambren Jolly was taken into custody for public intoxication following a report of a disorder. (22-011851)

1201 S. Seminole Drive (Arrest):

Following a traffic stop at this location and brief foot pursuit, Michael Fossett was taken into custody for felon in possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine and evading. (22-011863)
