Police Briefs for Dec. 31

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

Dec. 29 Day Shift

21-018735- 941 Spring Creek Road- Suspicious Activity/Mental Health

The caller requested police due to someone tampering/hacking his cell phone. Police spoke with the caller and determined he was having a mental health issue. Before leaving, the caller advised police the nursing staff was using voodoo on him. 

21-018739- 6708 Ringgold Road- Suspicious Person

The caller advised a male subject was bothering customers at the Circle K. Police encountered John Stella. He was issued a trespass warning and sent on his way.

No number assigned- 3800 blk of Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/AOA Warrant Service

Ladarrius Trimble was detained and transported to Silverdale on several county warrants following a traffic stop at this location.

21-018755- 816 Harris Drive- Unknown 911

Dispatch advised of a phase two 911 call at this location. Police attempted contact at the residence but no one would answer.

Night Shift

21-018774: S. Germantown @ Ida Belle/Evading

A suspicious vehicle was observed at the rear of the Cascades Motel. A traffic stop was initiated on the vehicle (2012 Maroon Nissan Altima TN Tag- 24AJ13) in the area of S. Germantown and Ida Belle Lane. The vehicle initially stopped, and the driver was kind enough to provide his driver’s license before taking off at a high rate of speed. The driver, Antonio Menifee, was last seen getting onto I-24 Westbound. Menifee has several outstanding narcotics warrants and a revoked license. East Ridge warrants will be obtained.

21-018757 4001 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop / Arrest

Hannah Millican was arrested for active Hamilton County Criminal Court warrants for evading arrest and possession of methamphetamine. She was also issued multiple traffic citations. Millican was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

21-018776 962 McBrien Road / Theft in progress / Misc report

Police responded to this location in reference to a caller observing four males entering cars on Reneau way. However, prior to police arrival on the scene, the males fled north on McBrien Road in an older model silver sedan. Police located three cars that had been entered but were unable to contact the owners. Report on file.

6000 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Traffic 

Heather L. Chandler was arrested for Driving on Suspended and did not have her license.  21-018770

21-018771- 3500 Ringgold Road-Possession of meth for resale

During a traffic stop at this location, Misti Duckett was found to be in possession of meth for resale. Duckett also had an active warrant for failure to appear, which was confirmed. Steven Howard was also in the vehicle and had active warrants for possession of meth and sexual exploitation of a minor.
