Police Briefs for July 24

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.

July 21 Day Shift

(22-010316) 1410 Mack Smith Rd. / Auto Theft:

The complainant reported her 2003 white Lincoln Town Car stolen. The suspect is Theodore Locklin. Warrants were issued. TN tag 6DP1529

1410 Mack Smith Rd (burglary):

The complainant reported that someone entered and ransacked her room while she was out between the hours of 1200 and 1500 on this date. There were no new signs of forced entry, and the complainant believes that the staff may have been involved. Food and children’s school supplies were among the main items taken. (22-010320).

1400 block Adonna Ln (runaway child recovery):

Police responded to this location to verify the return of a juvenile that ran away from juvenile court on the previous day. The child’s presence was verified and was removed from NCIC. (22-010313).

950 Spring Creek Rd  (miscellaneous):

The complainant reported her phone stolen from her vehicle at the new Food City on this date. After activating the phone locate feature, it was located at a residence in Chattanooga. The resident claimed they found it in the top of a shopping cart and, knowing limited English, did not know what to do with it. The phone was returned to the caller. (22-010315).

(22-010323) 3100 Ringgold Rd. / Traffic Control:

Semi stuck in the tunnel.

4214 Ringgold Rd. Warrant(22-010325) /

Parker, Jermarco was arrested on an East Ridge warrant

120 Margareta Lane (Vandalism/AOA 22-010338):

Elpatro Johnikin was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant through sessions after calling police to report a vandalism of his vehicle tires. No signs of a vandalism were observed, only a flat tire.

409 Alice Drive (Theft 22-010335):

The complainant reported his tag was stolen from his vehicle which was parked at this location. The tag was entered into NCIC.
