Police Briefs for July 6

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.

July 03 – Day Shift

915 S. Seminole Drive (aggravated domestic assault):

Police responded to the Ridge Terrace Apartments at the beginning of the shift after a female party called in claiming to have shot a male party threatening her and her children. Police spoke with the woman, who claimed she shot her current/former boyfriend, after she felt threatened by him during an argument. The man, who provided a different account, suffered a gunshot wound to the left elbow and then fled the scene and later arrived at an area hospital for treatment. CID was notified and charges are still pending. (22-009413)

1441 N. Mack Smith Road (suspicious person):

Management at Holiday Inn Express wanted a man to vacate the property due to strange behavior. The man presented police with a variety of fraudulent federal IDs and an unnumbered social security card along with other documents indicating affiliation with the Sovereign Citizen/Moor movements. Staff gave him until 2:00 p.m. to leave. (22-009423)

6302 Ringgold Road (assault):

An individual got into a disorder with the store employee working the Arby’s drive thru. Employees intervened and the restaurant will be providing video of the alleged assault. (22-009431)

July 03 – Night Shift

Police received numerous calls concerning fireworks/noise complaints. All of the parties officers encountered were educated on the city ordinance against the deployment of fireworks within the city limits.

1400 Mack Smith Rd (Warrant Service 22-009436):

Jason Rosson was taken to Silverdale Detention Center on County warrants following a traffic stop at this location.

1410 Mack Smith Rd room 2311 (Runaway Juvenile 22-009449):

Police took a report of a runaway juvenile from this location.

106 John Arnold Ave (Evading Arrest 22-009461):

Police made a traffic stop at this location. The driver fled on foot and avoided capture. The investigation is ongoing and charges are pending the identity of the driver.

July 04 – Day Shift

22-002249- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-

Dispatch advised Lakevia Readus was in custody at Red Bank Police Department and had active warrants out of East Ridge for driving on revoked or suspended license, simple assault, and aggravated assault. Readus was picked up and transported to Silverdale Detention Center for booking.

22-009466- Camp Jordan Road @ Frawley Road- AOA Warrant Service-

Katreia Toran was arrested on a Hamilton County warrant for Domestic Assault following a traffic stop.

No number assigned- Clemons Rd/Prigmore Rd (roadway hazard):

Police responded to this location to find the remnants of a light fixture in the roadway. Police removed the broken fixture from the roadway to ensure no property damage to drivers.

July 04 – Night Shift

22-009478 – 5080 S. Terrace / Arrest –

Kelvin Daniels was arrested at this location following a disorder with his daughter.

6513 Ringgold Road / Disorder:

Police responded to a disorder at the Waffle House after a few customers yelled at the establishment’s lone employee. Upon arrival, the guests had already left, and there was no active disorder.

400 Alice Dr./ shots fired:

Upon arrival, police located Keshon King and Keyshawn Kidd. King was observed by police waiving a handgun toward other people in the area. Both subjects fled when police attempted to make contact with them but were apprehended quickly. During the investigation, it was discovered Kidd was also armed with a handgun.  Both subjects are convicted felons and were charged accordingly. (22-009480)

1313 Blocker Lane/ shots fired:

After responding to this address, police observed spent casings on the property. Police attempted to make contact with the occupants but were unsuccessful. A report has been completed, and police will be investigating further. (22-009502)
