Police Briefs for June 6

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.

June 02 – Day Shift

22-007762- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service-

Silverdale Detention Center notified police that Brandy Bowman was in custody. Bowman was served with three East Ridge warrants. Paperwork for processing was faxed to Silverdale Detention Center.

No number assigned- 1300 block Saint Thomas Street- Mental Health-

The caller advised the AIM Center resident at this address was agitated due to an exterminator wishing to spray the apartment. On scene police stood by while an AIM Center case worker talked to the patient.

22-007763- 1221 East Main Street- Warrant Service-

Dakota Kletschka was taken into custody with two active warrants out of East Ridge for forfeiture capias on possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication. Police picked her up at the child support office and transported her to Silverdale Detention Center for booking.

22-007766- 1509 Mack Smith Road-

The caller advised two men on the property behind Dunkin’s were kneeling on the ground and acting strange. On scene police spoke with the men and found they were working on the house at this address. 

22-007775- 6312 Brack Street- Suspicious Vehicle-

The caller advised a gold Nissan parked in the roadway. On scene the vehicle appeared to have been wrecked and abandoned. Cannons wrecker responded and towed the vehicle.

22-007781- 941 McBrien Road- Suspicious People-

The caller advised homeless people were loitering on church property and refused to leave when asked. On scene police spoke with the males. They decided to leave the area.

June 02 – Night Shift

98 Crescent Dr / Suspicious Activity:

Police were dispatched to 98 Crescent Dr. regarding a female wearing a grey hoodie and a backpack looking into mailboxes. Police located a party matching the suspect description on Ridgeside Road at which time the female began running into the woods. Officers observed the female party running on foot into the Park Village Apartment Complex, at which time four other male parties took off running. One of the male parties, who was observed to be a male with long dreads, entered a maroon Dodge Charger and fled. Police detained the female party, Constance Taylor. She was found to have two warrants out of East Ridge and was taken into custody. (22-007806)

June 03 – Day Shift

1500 block Fruitland Drive (domestic assault):

A woman and her boyfriend got into an argument resulting in the man assaulting her. He was arrested and taken to jail. The woman was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of marijuana. (22-007818)

1515 Tombras Avenue (lost property):

Lindsay Adkins reported losing her wedding ring at the Pioneer Playground today between 1000 and 1210 hours. The ring is described as white gold, wide band, one large stone with eight smaller surrounding stones along with four smaller stones going down each side of the band. (22-007823)

1410 N. Mack Smith Road (disorder):

Police were called back to this location over a disorder between a man and his mother. (22-007833)

June 03 – Night Shift

1410 Mack Smith Rd. (Suicidal Threats 22-007845)

A man was transported to Parkridge East following a call at this location.

4300 block Fountain Ave (Overdose 22-007842):

Police responded to an unconscious person at this location. Police found a man experiencing a suspected drug overdose. Hamilton County EMS responded and transported him to Memorial Hospital for treatment.

1706 Keeble Street (Trespass 22-007835):

Following a disorder at Sunny’s Market, Gabriel and Jamond Buchanan were trespassed from this location per the owner’s request.

5300 Ringgold Road (Hit and Run 22-007848):

Police were dispatched to a hit and run crash at this location. While on scene, dispatched informed police a citizen called and reported the hit and run vehicle was in the back yard of 372 Paige Road in Catoosa County. Police request CCSO to respond. Police were able to locate the vehicle and the driver, Corey Woodfin, who admitted to driving the vehicle and leaving the scene of the crash. Woodfin stated he left because he was driving on a suspended Georgia license. Warrants will be sought.

6733 Ringgold Road (Warrant Svc 22-007860):

Police made contact with a suspicious vehicle at this location. While speaking with the driver, Ashley Owens, dispatched advised she had an active Red Bank warrant. Owens was transported to Silverdale without incident.
