May 25, 2023 Day Shift
23-006375 – 3600 BLK Bennett Rd – Lost Property – The reporting party advised her city garbage can was missing and needed to make a report to receive a new one.
23-006376 – 10 BLK Franklin Pl – Disorder Prevention/Criminal Trespass – Police stood by as a party collected some of her belongings from this location. At the request of the owner she was issued a criminal trespass warning.
23-006383 – 1200 BLK Spring Creek Rd – Suspicious Activity – The caller reported an unknown male in a small, white pickup (possibly an Isuzu) came to her property and walked over to her white Toyota Tacoma and took a picture of it. The subject then left in an unknown direction of travel.
23-006394 – 3900 BLK Weldon Drive – Suspicious Person – After finding a pistol at the address earlier in the day, police responded to the address due to a male trespassing and the homeowner believing him to be the suspect in an armed robbery from last night. While enroute Sgt. Myrick observed a Silver Honda Pilot leaving the area. Police conducted a stop on the vehicle and detained the male subject. After an interview with CID he was charged with Armed Robbery and Criminal Trespass. According to Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office booking reports, Jamall Thomas of a Mark Twain Circle address in Chattanooga, was booked into the jail by ERPD on charges of Aggravated Robbery and Criminal Trespassing.
23-006408 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Misc Complaint/Arrest – Police received a call in reference to a female asking people for money. Upon arrival police spoke to the woman about panhandling. After police ran her name, she had two outstanding warrants out of Hamilton County. She was placed into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
