The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.

September 15 Day Shift

6510 Ringgold Road/found property (22-012863)

The motel manager reports what turned out to be a “Sig Sauer” pellet gun and a knife was found in the nightstand in a room previously rented by Jacob D.

1450 Mack Smith Rd (Unknown Trouble 22-012858)

Police responded to the Cracker Barrell after a female came into the business and requested an employee call for police. On arrival, police encountered a man at the front of the business, who claimed his “stepdaughter” was impaired on an unknown narcotic and ran away from him after eating breakfast at the Waffle House. Police spoke with her inside the restaurant and she claimed the man was not her stepfather and that he had kidnapped her after she had stayed at his residence on the previous evening. While speaking with her, her coherence started to fade and appeared erratic in her speech and thought processes and she was unable to provide any clear details. Both parties were checked for warrants and the stepdaughter was taken into custody for an East Ridge warrant for criminal trespass and transported to Silverdale.

6521 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Person 22-012868):

Wally’s reported a homeless female with a type of cowboy hat had been on the property for several hours and refused to leave. After arriving on scene, police spoke with the female, who presented possible mental health issues, but agreed to leave the property.

3636 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity 22-012870):

Food City employees called about a male and female that emerged from the tree line behind the store and continued to walk in and out of the business without patronization. Police checked the area but the parties were gone on arrival.

941 Spring Creek Rd (Assist Emergency Services 22-012872):

Police responded to Parkridge East in reference to a party that left the hospital without being discharged for heroin use. The female patient was located across the street from the hospital asking off duty personnel for a ride home. She agreed to return to the hospital after being presented with her lack of options.
