The following information was compiled from “pass along” reports provided by the administration of the East Ridge Police Department.
September 18 – Day Shift
22-013002- 5080 South Terrace- Suspicious Activity-
The caller advised a person was in the roadway flailing their arms. On scene it was determined there was a crash on South Terrace. CPD responded.
22-013006- 14-99 blk of Brockhaven Road- Unknown 911-
Dispatch received a phase two 911 call from a 911 only phone. Police responded and checked the neighborhood, but nothing was located.
22-013007- 941 Spring Creek Road- Wellbeing Check-
The caller advised a female patient left the hospital AMA with an IV still in her arm. Police checked the area but did not locate her.
22-013010- 6700 Ringgold Road #213- Disorder-
The caller advised guests were refusing to leave the motel. On scene the couple had already left the property. While leaving the call, the two were observed in the area. Officers spoke with the couple who were checked for warrants and sent on their way.
22-013014- 702 South Moore Road- Shots Heard-
The caller advised he heard about 20 gun shots behind his residence. He advised they possibly came from South Lovell Avenue. Police checked the area and found a crew doing tree work.
September 18 – Night Shift
1200 Wright Street / Arrest-Drugs (22-013031):
Latrel Danzel Adair was arrested for Manufacturing/Delivering/Sell/Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Firearm Used in Association with a Dangerous Felony.
3715 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Traffic (22-013032):
Julie Grisham was arrested for Driving on Revoked for DUI following a traffic stop.
4500 Bennett Road / Arrest-DUI-Crash (22-013048):
Jose Gonzalez was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor following a crash on McBrien at Bennett Roads.
4307 Fountain Ave / Domestic Disorder (22-013030 + 22-013051):
Police responded to a domestic disorder at this address where the caller stated a male pushed a female out of a vehicle. Upon arrival police observed Justin Clark’s vehicle leaving the scene. Police attempted to stop the vehicle which failed to yield until S Terrace and S Moore. Police approached and observed Justin in the driver’s seat of the vehicle, along with Elizabeth Clark in the passenger seat. Police gave verbal commands for Clark to exit the vehicle, but he refused. Clark then fled the scene at a high rate of speed. Police did not engage in a vehicle pursuit. Warrants were obtained against Clark for felony evading arrest, reckless endangerment, and driving on suspended. Later in the shift, police located Clark’s vehicle leaving his residence and were able to successfully conduct a traffic stop. He was taken into custody on the aforementioned charges. During this stop, Elizabeth Clark and Tyrone Crowther were additionally arrested and charged with possession of meth for resale. Additional investigation is needed in reference to domestic assault.
