The entire community is invited to enjoy pumpkins, family activities, fall festivities, and a special Trunk or Treat celebration at the end.
Action Church is excited to announce its first annual Pumpkin Patch, now open through October 31, 2026, at 1312 Spring Creek Road in East Ridge, Tennessee. This community event offers families an opportunity to celebrate the fall season with pumpkins, festive activities, entertainment, and opportunities to create lasting memories together.
For the first time in the church’s history, Action Church has transformed its front lawn into a festive Pumpkin Patch, welcoming families from East Ridge, Chattanooga, and surrounding communities to experience the sights, sounds, and traditions of autumn.
Visitors can enjoy a variety of seasonal attractions and activities, including:
- A selection of pumpkins available for purchase
- Fall-themed photo opportunities
- Story times for children
- Bounce houses and inflatable attractions
- Yard games and family-friendly activities
- Bake sales featuring homemade treats at different times.
- Festive fall music
- Food trucks on the weekends starting Friday.
- A special Trunk or Treat celebration on October 31 at 6:00 PM.
“We are excited to bring something new to our community,” said Pastor Daniel Beard of Action Church. “Our heart has always been to be more than just a church building. We want to be a church that makes a difference in our community. The Pumpkin Patch is another opportunity for us to open our doors, welcome our neighbors, and create a place where families can come together, have fun, and make memories.”
More than just a place to purchase pumpkins, the Action Church Pumpkin Patch is designed to bring people together, strengthen community relationships, and provide a welcoming environment where families can spend quality time together.
Pumpkins With a Purpose
The Pumpkin Patch also serves a greater purpose. Proceeds from pumpkin sales will support the benevolence ministry of Action Church, helping the church extend compassion and practical assistance to individuals and families experiencing difficult circumstances.
“Every pumpkin purchased helps us continue putting our faith into action,” Beard added. “We believe the church should be a blessing to the community, and this is one more way we can have fun while making a difference in the lives of others.”
