HCSO, TBI, Homeland Security Investigations Joint Investigation Unveils Local Business Was a Cover for a Prostitution Operation

September 11, 2026 By Contributed Article Leave a Comment

On the late morning of September 9,  a joint undercover investigation involving the HCSO Criminal Investigations Unit, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), and Homeland Security Investigations uncovered a woman soliciting prostitution at S-Lucky Spa, address 7794 East Brainerd Road, Suite 110.

The business was found on a website known for advertising prostitution, and an investigation into the business confirmed the spa was being used as a cover for prostitution. An undercover operation was conducted alongside the execution of a search warrant for the business. Authorities arrested a female employee, identified as Wei Guang Han, during the operation, and evidence identified her as being used for the furtherance of crime to include money, which was seized during the investigation.

Han was transported to the Hamilton County Jail & Detention Center and was charged with Prostitution.
