Day Shift April 29: B Squad

26-003573- 3500 BLK Shelby Circle- Auto Theft Recovery – HCSO located a stolen vehicle taken from Shelby Circle in East Ridge. The vehicle was located on a tow truck and no longer contained an engine. HCSO was also able to locate the suspect from this theft who was taken into custody on his outstanding East Ridge auto theft warrant.

26-003909/003912 – 4100 BLK Greenbriar Road/4100 BLK East Ridge Drive – Initially, officers responded to the 4100 block of Greenbriar Rd for a suspicious vehicle parked at the end of the road. After arriving on scene, police verified the vehicle’s registration with dispatch and had them contact the lien holder, a cash for title business in Rossville, GA. ERPD advised them of the vehicle’s location and asked them to contact the owner. A short time later, a resident of East Ridge Drive called dispatch to report a disorder between her and a tow company attempting to collect the vehicle. After returning to the scene, it was found the vehicle was submitted for repossession but somehow the resident became aware of this and drove the vehicle onto her property and secured behind her gate. Police advised the tow operator the vehicle could not be retrieved until the owner reported it stolen or returned it to them.

26-003929 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Criminal Trespass – An individual was trespassed from the complex after employees reported he damaged a LabCorp syringe drop box by playing a drum solo on it.

26-003930- 3900 BLK Ringgold Road- Drug Paraphernalia – Police responded to this address for a report of three unconscious parties. Two men and a woman were found to be conscious but in possession of drug paraphrenia. It was taken for destruction.

Night Shift April 29: D Squad

26-003945 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Burglar Alarm – A backdoor alarm sounded when an employee entered the wrong pass code. Police checked the business, and all appeared secure.
