Day Shift August 21: Alpha Team
26-008019- 3600 BLK Ringgold Road- Theft of Property – Management called reporting a male with warrants was inside the store. The suspect was taken into custody on five outstanding East Ridge warrants for theft of property. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
26-008015 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A woman was served two East Ridge warrants while in custody at Hamilton County Jail. The warrants stemmed from a theft incident in March of 2025. The warrants executed were for Identity Theft and Forgery.
Night Shift August 21: Charlie Team
26-008042 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Road – Theft – Police responded after a man reportedly ran out with a case of beer. The male, later identified, was given a chance to return the beer or pay for it after contact was made by phone call. He declined and hung up on Officers. A warrant was sought for Theft.
26-008039 – 600 BLK Marlboro Avenue – Unknown Trouble – Officers were sent to this address, after neighbors reported hearing “blood curdling screams.” On scene, it was discovered that a roommate was upset over chicken wings. The roommate left prior to officer arrival.
Day Shift August 22: Alpha Team
26-008061 – 1400 BLK Adonna Lane – Traffic Stop / Felony Evading – Police observed a black BMW sedan turn left from Prater in front of a group of motorcycles riding eastbound in lane 1 almost striking the two lead motorcycles. The officer activated their emergency lights, and the BMW swerved onto Adonna Lane quickly and came to a stop. As police approached the passenger window and knocked, the car sped off at a high rate of speed towards Gibson. Warrants for reckless driving and evading will be sought.
Night Shift August 22: Charlie Team
26-008087- 1.9 Interstate 75 SB – AOA – Officers received a bolo regarding a blue Chevrolet Colorado being a suspect vehicle in a kidnapping and in Meigs County. Later in shift, officers located the truck abandoned on the interstate. Meigs County was notified and requested the truck be treated as a crime scene until they could respond to process it. The truck was towed to the ERPD impound lot pending Meigs County Investigation.
26-008073 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Criminal Trespass/Arrest – During the patrol shift, units were contacted by an off-duty officer, working an extra duty job, stating they had located a person who was criminally trespassed from the property back in July for shoplifting. Units responded, took the party into custody, and completed charges of Criminal Trespass.
26-008079 – 2500 BLK Westside Drive – Traffic Stop/Arrest – A patrol unit was returning to the West district when they spotted a vehicle entering the roadway in the 3300 block of Ringgold Road without headlights or taillights illuminated. Units were able to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle in the 2500 block of Westside Drive in Chattanooga. Police spoke with the driver and explained the reason for the stop. While conducting a records check, the driver’s license was found to be Revoked for DUI, and he was placed in custody.
26-008071 – 5300 BLK Dupont Street – Aggravated Burglary – Officers were dispatched after the homeowner’s boyfriend became enraged and attempted to force his way into her house, assaulting the homeowner’s friend in the process. The suspect fled prior to arrival. Warrants were sought for aggravated burglary and assault.
