Day Shift August 26: A Squad
26-008205 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A woman turned herself in on active warrants for Criminal Conspiracy, Theft under $1,000 and Unlawful Photography. The warrants were served while she was in custody.
26-008196- 3400 BLK Betty Lane– Theft – A caller reported that her prescription was confirmed delivered by USPS on Saturday, 08/22/2026. She became aware of the delivery status after contacting the pharmacy on Monday, 08/24/2026. The pharmacy verified the delivery through USPS tracking information. She reported that she did not receive the parcel. There is no known suspect, and police were unable to determine whether the medication was stolen or misplaced during delivery.
Night Shift August 26: C Squad
26-008216 – 3400 BLK Lisa Drive – Domestic Disorder – Police responded to a domestic disorder between a male and female on Lisa Drive. Due to an active disorder, dispatch was unable to get an apartment location until units arrived. Patrol spoke with the reporting party who stated she and the male were only in the verbal altercation. The male made claims that there was something physical, but due to him being intoxicated and lack of other evidence, it was unfounded that an assault had occurred. Both parties agreed to separate for the remainder of the night.
26-008209 – 1300 BLK Sunnyfield Lane – Disorder – Police responded to the above address regarding a verbal dispute between neighbors. Both parties stated the argument was over a cat repeatedly jumping the fence and entering the property. During the argument, both parties claimed they exchanged racial slurs and made insulting comments toward one another. The complainant stated she was frustrated with the cat bothering her cats. Officers advised her to contact Animal Control regarding the cat. Both parties agreed to avoid contact with each other moving forward.
26-008217– 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service – While in custody at the Hamilton County Jail, a woman was served with a Domestic Assault arrest warrant through the City of East Ridge.
26-008214 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Suspicious Activity – Patrol was notified by an off-duty officer working at the hospital that a man told a nursing student that he had a gun. Officers located the individual walking North on Spring Creek Road. He never had a gun. He stated he said that because he felt that he was going to get attacked by two males in the hospitals parking lot. Threats were not actually made.
26-008218 – 5700 BLK Roper Street – Mental Health – ERPD was dispatched to the above address regarding the reporting party stating her roommate was in mental crisis. Upon arrival, officers determined that the reporting party displayed signs of mental health concerns. Officers spoke with the roommate who advised the reporting party did not take medication and she was argumentative with him. The female was aware of where she was and answered a series of questions that indicated that she was of sound mind and not a danger to herself or others. She declined voluntary commitment to seek treatment. The two parties agreed to stay separated, and the officers returned to service.
26-008220 – 10 BLK Brookwood Drive – Burglary/Home Invasion – Police responded to Brookwood Drive where a reporting party stated someone was inside their home and was running up the alley way. Units quickly arrived on scene and spoke with resident. The caller stated that she heard unusual noises while she was asleep and thought it was a relative who was in town. She called out to the family members and heard what sounded like people running out of the home. Police secured the residence, along with checking the neighborhood area for anyone walking around after forced entry was observed at the home. On call CID was notified and the case is being investigated at this time.
